Would give 4.5 stars if half stars were allowed on Google.
+The buffalo wings were awesome. Nice and crispy and a ton of sauce.
+Ribs were very good, fall off the bone type and the hommade BBQ sauce had good flavor.
+The service was great (not busy on a Tuesday night in January).
+Prices seemed fair.

We have been going to Bitton’s for many years and appreciate the owners’ dedication to their restaurant and to serving great food. Today when we were there, we enjoyed an incredible burger with pork, brie cheese, and bacon jam…out of this world! We have had burgers all over the country and this one stood out! We are lucky to have Bitton’s serving our community!

Every meal we have had at Bitton’s has been superb! + reasonably priced & well worth the money! The food is always great quality and well crafted, and we have NEVER been disappointed! It is a super convenient stop for us on Hwy 59 (heading to Lake Shetek/Sarah) for lunch on the weekends & we find It well worth it to make the 30 mile round-trip from Marshall for some amazing suppers. (Tbh I would make the drive just for the cheese curds!) You get the small town service and the great quality of food.. definitely one of our go-to’s!

If you decide to take a date here on a weekend night, realize that even with a reservation, you’re going to wait an hour and a half or more for 2 entrees to come out. Waitress was unapologetically rude, and food was under seasoned. Be prepared to eat next to the flies and dead bugs in the window still at the booths and the long wait time. After tonight? Never again.
