I’m a Richmond hill native, I have supported and loved this location for years. I’m flabbergasted after tonight. I ordered 2 medium subs for a little over 20 dollars. Show up to 4 small boxes instead of 2 mediums. Go to look. Literally 4 pieces approximately 2 inches in length. So roughly 8 inches are supposed to be TWO MEDIUM subs???? They were out of medium bread so had to cut larges down, out of mayo, out of jalapenos, all of which I understand. Although when I show the 2 young men the size of my sandwich cuts. They say that those equal 2 mediums. You would think if you’re out of mediums just upgrade the customer to a large instead of royally screwing over your customers. They didn’t offer to add a few more thin sliced sandwiches, a refund, nothing just a shoulder shrug. Posting pictures with pack of mcds BBQ for scale, please tell me how 4 slices this size is a. Worth 22 dollars, b. How does this equate to 2 mediums?? It’s a shame they didn’t even seem to care.

2 sandwiches no chips no drinks $26= very expensive, i don’t mind paying for quality, but if I don’t get good value from my dollar, I don’t go back the French dip was lacking the roast beef was to thick and should have been double the amount for that price. One small piece of cheese on the whole sandwich was ridiculous. Whoever is making these just doesn’t seem to care or that’s maybe their management, and the au ju on the side was way to small of an amount .

This use to be a really good location. Last couple of times the person making the sandwiches could careless. And forget about extra pickles. You want get any. Smh. Cashier is great but that’s about all you get.

Needs a thorough and deep cleaning, this is by far the worse and dirtiest firehouse i have ever been to, paper towels out in dining and bathrooms one 1 dispenser had any paper towels, they had no cash in their register, no signage so only card pay available. Their oven was out so they had no cookies, drinks tasted bad, window was busted so the place looked like it was in total disrepair. The manager here should be fired. There is a reason this specific location is rated lower than other around. Avoid this one and find another down the road and save yourself a little headache!

Firehouse Subs always delivers! My sub was made exactly to order, everything was fresh, delicious, and just the way I like it. The only little hiccup this time was they forgot the toasted garlic bread, but honestly the quality and flavor more than made up for it. The staff here is always friendly, attentive, and they consistently put care into every order. This location is definitely my go-to — the subs are always on point!

INTERSTATE DRIVERS BEWARE!!!
This is the worst firehouse I’ve EVER been to in the entire country. We couldn’t use our points or app, the staff is beyond rude including the manager, all of the drinks we wanted were out (we paid over $13 for 3 combos that we couldn’t use), they are out of sauces (even the lame rinky-dink post-COVID choices), and to top it all off the parking lot is a one-way NIGHTMARE that you can’t navigate. You have to wait on the drive thru/togo traffic just to get around to the parking area. The place was filthy all around and needs to be cleaned. The tables are messy and they don’t care. JUST SAY NO AND KEEP DRIVING!!!!!

I’m currently wheelchair bound so my husband went into the store along with my son to purchase food for us. I asked for the Spicy Chicken Sub with no onions, lettuce, or mustard. Once we made it home, I noticed the sub was loaded with lettuce after I asked that it not be on it. I was willing to just pick the lettuce off and eat it anyway but while I was chewing I noticed there was no spicy/Cajun mayo on it either. At this point I’m like, let me just try to enjoy it with the pickle. The spicy mayo is what makes the sub a spicy chicken sub. To my surprise, neither one of us had a pickle on the side. We had just visited firehouse the day before and it was so good to where I asked if we could eat there again but this time, they failed. I called and asked for a manager in a very polite tone. The lady on the phone said sarcastically,” Oh, she wants a manager.” The manager asked the details of our order and told us to bring it back and she’d remake it. I told her we had finally made it home and coming back out tonight was an inconvenience for us. My husband had just gotten off from work and We don’t live close by. So, she said to bring it in whenever she is there and they’ll remake it. She also made it seem as if the mistake was so minor by saying very flatly ,” So the only thing wrong was there was lettuce and no spicy mayo and no pickles for each sub.” We spent gas and money with them twice in a row and all
she would recommend is bringing a bitten off sandwich back so they can remake it. There was no apology or anything. That will be the very last time and dime I spend with them.

The food was tasty but I asked for no onions and it was even on my receipt. Otherwise the food was good and I was in and out quickly as I was the only ordering customer in there at the moment. Would have been 5 stars if she just skipped the onion.

It was great. I was originally going to the Starbucks right next to it to get some work done. But I was hungry and in no mood for one of those little breakfast sandwiches. I saw Firehouse and was like, “I hadn’t been there in a minute”. Not only was I able to get my work done, I ate a delicious sub as well!

Can’t beat that with a stick!

Food was delicious.
Renee was incredible. She was professional and pleasant. I called after getting home because one of my subs were not made correctly. Which I realized I forgot to put no mayo, for that sub on an online order. She still pleasantly asked if she could redo it for me. Though I said, no it’s my fault. She said she would be more than happy too. Great customer service. Even when I returned to pick up my remake. They were slammed for dinner, still she was professional and pleasent to everyone she encountered.
