Havent been to this Burger King for a while. Drive through was fast and my order was correct, 4th vehicle in line from time of order and had my order within 7 minutes of ordering during peak hours. Only complaint was missing zesty sauce for onion rings.

Food tastes fine, but everytime I go through they always seem to mess up something in our order. The most recent being giving me a single patty for a Bacon King which comes with 2 and no dipping sauce for the chicken fries that we ordered. Things are always missing or else I get completely different sandwiches from what I ordered. Again, the food tastes fine but they need to work on accuracy.

Can’t really comment on the food as it was delivered by the police 3 hours after it was stolen by burger kings delivery driver. I contacted Burger King customer service and let them know I had ring footage of the incident but because the driver took a photo of the food sat down in front of my door before picking it up and driving off with it it’s not their problem. The police eventually tracked down the driver and made him return the food as I said several hours later at which point I’m not eating it. Anyways, horrible customer service and refuse to ever eat at Burger King again. I sincerely hope the $15 order was worth losing a customer for life. Word of warning, do not place delivery orders from Burger King. They absolutely do not care about anything that happens to you or your food once they have taken your money.

Walked in and immediately noticed how clean this Burger King was. The tables were clean (no sticky spots) and the floor looked immaculate! Staff was very friendly, and didn’t rush me with ordering. They were quick with service and the food was top notch! ❤️ Went to the bathroom and I was blown away, I have never seen a fast food restroom so clean before. Looked like my bathroom at home! ❤️ I was very impressed with the service, cleanliness and food! Staff and manager do a wonderful job here!

There were only two ladies working today and they did a great job. Its difficult running an entire fast food store with just two people but they prioritized getting my order right and making sure it was right and helping me rather than throwing something together to get me on my way. I really appreciate that more than anything and I hope they see this because you guys were working hard and doing great

I placed an online order and the listed pickup time was 5:57. Upon arriving at 6:01, the order had not been started. I waited until almost 6:20 for it to be handed to me. I ordered ahead for a reason.

I got back home to discover the soda was low on carbonation. While small, it was like a cherry on the cake. The service, while slow, was at least decently friendly.

Please do better.

1. ~30 minute total wait in drive thru with 2 cars in front of us and didn’t see anyone dining in (there could have been a couple cars in the lot). People were getting out of drive thru line the wait was so long… felt like the BMV.
2. “Large” onion rings were smaller than “small” fries, and even the fries were on the skimpy side. See image.
3. Fries were cold.

We ordered online to save time, expecting 30-60 second pick up, not 1800 seconds. Please review Chick Fil A’s drive through procedure and see how it can work.
