I am extremely disappointed with my service here. I ordered a pizza for delivery. When I got it, it was all slid over to one side of the box, stacked on top of each other, and it wasn’t cooked all the way. The crust was gummy and soft, and it was not good. I paid over $30 with tax/tip and hoped to have a few meals out of this one, but I didn’t even want to eat it.
I ate 1-2 of the pieces bc I was at work and starving, and then I felt sick to my stomach the rest of the evening.
I requested a refund but haven’t heard anything yet.

Me and my son walked in to grab a bite to eat after school. There was a cook outside he walked in behind us after we entered the establishment. The ingored us like we we’re not even there. We had been there for a little bit. This racist establishment will never get my business . You should learn how to treat your customers better. 2/27/26- We have ordered via delivery numerous times from this location and never really had an issue until this time . Went online placed our usual order a simple large pepperoni pizza and it gave us an eta of 90 minutes, it was 5:14 PM. At 6:47 PM I called to check on the status because I had not heard back and now it’s past the 90 minutes and I’m told my pizza is the one in the oven and as soon as the driver gets back mine is next. GREAT! I call back at 7:09 PM again and I am politely asked to hold and then after I hold for a bit I then get to ask about my order and I’m told that they are still waiting on the driver . Sadly by then I had to request to have my order cancelled because it would have been over 2 hours. I won’t stop ordering from this location because I do hope this was a one off.

This review is for the Addison store in Texas! Best thin crust pizza around! Convenient location, quality pizza & top notch staff! We use them for bulk orders when we host resident events and our residents love it! We also provide staff lunches once a month and almost always the employees vote for iFratelli’s!

I called this location to double check that they were open because alot of places were closed due to the storm. Jeremiah is the most rude person I’ve ever spoken with at a restaurant. He told me they were open for carry out only & hung up in my face. Safe to say I didn’t order from there and never will. Nasty attitude! I drove down the street and got Whataburger.

I recently placed an order from i Fratelli Addison and was disappointed by the service I received, particularly on Thanksgiving Eve.
This was my first time ordering from this location, and I was surprised by the discourteous and dismissive treatment. During my call, Jodi was curt, repeatedly spoke over me, and ended the conversation while I was still speaking.
I sincerely hope that my experience today was an isolated incident, as previous reviews suggest that Jodi is capable of treating customers with basic courtesy, human decency, and mutual respect.

Ordered delivery for lunch today. I usually order from West Plano, a lot. Today’s pizza from Addison store had about half the ingredients that I usually get. They are usually piled high about half an inch think and the crust isn’t visible from the top. Today’s was tasty but vey skimpy on the toppings.

Jodie was amazing! Great service and she did it with a smile even with so many customers in the store when I arrived. She was quick efficient and was laughing and joking with the customers really a 10/10 experience. I will definitely be back
