This was my first time trying Caribou Coffee, and I’m honestly pretty impressed with it. The food and drinks are way better than any other fast food café chain I’ve been to, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Service was also very fast, and the interior was very nice. It would be a great place to get some remote work done.

I love their malted mocha!!! Very friendly service and fast. I do wish you could order ahead in the app, but you still get points. Get $5 Friday any large drink reward, or XL on Thursday for $5.

I love this place! The coffee is delicious. I love you can choose the kind of chocolate that goes in your mocha. I also love the ice coffee. You can’t see from the front, but there is a drive through behind the building. they have EINSTEIN bagels too!!! They have so many delicious options!!!!

Love their coffee! They always have super friendly staff and great service. Their Caramel High Rise is amazing if toot want something sweet and I love their Americana with heavy cream.
For the kids, their coffeeless coolers ands smoothies are delicious! And my kids favorite sandwich is their 3 cheese grilled cheese.

2020 edit: Caribou is best summarized as “Inconsistently delicious”. The cold crafted press in the AM is one of my favorite things usually and to top it off everyone who works at this Caribou is always smiling and having a good time.
I order the same thing but get a different variation of the crafted press almost every time and sometimes its amazing.
Coffee is tasty regardless so I usually don’t say anything but that has to be difficult to attract new customers with a couple drinks that usually taste different.

I like a lot of other customers are very disappointed you took away the drive-through trivia. Stating it took too much time is ridiculous. Bring it back!

I did not go inside, but we did drive-through and the order was correct. It was delicious and they accommodated us very well with a big variety on our order. They were able to answer all of our questions Before we ordered.

I have lived in this area for the last 10 years and love it. I have frequently gone and studied here throughout my education journey and never had an issue with the timing or the coffee until this morning. My husband and I had to wait more than 20 minutes for our two drinks had zero thoughtfulness from the cashier who took our card no apology, no hello no greeting whatsoever and even more they didn’t know what our order was which was very frustrating. additionally the latte milk was burnt and the coffee was very watery. Also, we were not given straws or napkins so had to go in again…
