30 minutes for a sub???? Are you kidding me???? The overall experience here is good, but the service is always below par. There were four employees, but yet there was only one working. The food is pretty good every time I’ve been here. The atmosphere inside is great, with lots of firefighting decor. The name definitely fits the experience. If you aren’t worried about speed, and want a great sandwich, you should come here, but if you’re in a rush, I would avoid this sub shop.

I don’t know about you but it seems like every time I go to the grocery store it’s like playing parking lot roulette! Looking for a parking space, do I wait, they got in their car? It’s a toss-up. Are they going to actually pull out, or will they sit there? What will they do, read their receipt? open a bag of snacks? Or will they just throw their car in reverse and zoom backward without looking nearly squashing a family walking behind and barely missing my car as I give up on waiting. It always seems like the latter!

I got the turkey bacon ranch. Everything is perfect with BACON & RANCH! My hubby, got NY Steamer, very happy! My son ordered the Hero all were awesome.

Ordered French dip. Came without the French dip….au jus. The sandwich was very dry
When I complained, the manager claimed I didn’t order au jus sauce. The French dip states “au jus”.
Wasted $36 for an inedible dry sandwich. The manager should have given me my $$$ back & offered a free sandwich.
We threw the dry French dip in garbage. We had to order elsewhere for dinner. Waste of $$$$ & extremely poor customer service

The worst experience in our Florida vacation. We went there at about 3 pm with the idea of having a quick snack that would enable us to travel further to Naples. We ordered after waiting in line. Then the lady at the counter said the food would be brought to the table. We waited another 15 minutes. Then we asked for it. The lady said it was just being made. Another 10 minutes later we asked again and the lady finally told us that at the moment they would have problems with their system and couldn’t handle any order but they were hoping to have that fixed soon.
So when they took our order they already knew that they wouldn’t be able to handle it. But they let us wait and ask two times before they told us.
Such a waste of time is incredible. The didn’t even say sorry or was interested in their customers.

Its a typical FHS. Nothing spectacular. IMO, service was slow, perhaps due to a lot of phone-in orders? I’d go back with caution. Again, food was good, but service was slow.

Been to many firehouse subs throughout the US, since I travel a lot for work and man this place is something else ! Super clean walking in, the team working together you could tell they knew how to coordinate with each other and my sandwhich came out hot and quick ! And most importantly delicious! Thanks guys !
