We were looking for a place with good vibes, billiards and great food. This spot checks all of the boxes. Upon entering we were greeted by Brianna who quickly set us up with a pool table and made us some excellent beverages to fuel our terrible billiard skills. The smash burgers were phenomenal and it was just an overall good time. We will be back!

This place has been transformed into a great place to meet up with friends or just enjoy a meal. Was a little timid to try initially, because it was Gibbs Garage previously, but sssooo glad we tried it!!! The staff is absolutely amazing and attentive. The food is always on point. We have tried a few things, pizza, apps, salad and I think by far our favorite the fish and chips. The portion sizes on all of the food is really good, too.
They have a great happy hour, Tuesday through Friday and they added two pool tables in its own area. It gives you the opportunity to play pool, hangout with friends. Looking forward to visiting many more times.

I’d ultimately say this is 3.5 stars but I’m also a little butthurt Gibbs, their fries, and their ranch are gone. But onward.

They’ve changed the front entrance which is now facing the main road instead of on the side of the building. They’ve added (I think added) a couple of pool tables in a separate room which is cool. The general setup is pretty much the same as Gibbs and the menu isn’t so very different either.

Service was great. Our server was so incredibly nice and attentive. He was clearly working hard and had a lot to do, but was still on top of our orders.

The food is okay. No complaints really. The sandwiches and burgers were good. The fried pickles were good, too, but oh my, the amount of grease on the bottom of the basket made me a little sick. The fries and tater tots are so blah even my 5 year old wouldn’t eat them (but she loved the fried pickles so go figure). We had a couple decent cocktails as well. Again, nothing was incredible but it was all perfectly fine.

The bathrooms need a little help. The paper towels are just a roll sitting on the counter and kind of soggy. I’m sure that’s temporary?

Overall no complaints and we’ll surely be back.

Our server was friendly, prompt, and attentive, but that was about the only highlight. The food seemed hastily put together, with a lot of items that clearly came out of a freezer. I got the chicken tender platter which was fine, but the tater tots tasted like they were from the school cafeteria. My friend’s fish and chips had the flattest, thinnest, driest (and one of the saddest) looking pieces of fish I’ve ever seen. Their “house sauce” is Frank’s Red Hot and the honey mustard isn’t sweet. Beer is overpriced too

Was excited to see new restaurant. We were told 10 minute wait, waited half hour. Not worried was nice and warm in waiting area. Got to our table, we were right under huge airplane fan, which was super cold, and blowing cold air right down our necks. Immediately asked to move, was told will turn fan down (which they did not do). Had to put my jacket on, to keep cold breeze off my neck. Customers next to us complained about the same thing. Food was OK. We both got chicken fingers and fries. I got salt and vinegar (could not taste it at all. Jay got buffalo, ehich he stated was ok.)nothing to write home about. Atmosphere was OK. Liked Gibbs better, everyone has sports theme (not a deal breaker). Place is new, so we will give it a bit, and try again.

But would we go back? You’ll have to read the review.

Returning to this building after the departure of the former restaurant was a test. Would it be better? We wanted to find out. Midafternoon on a Saturday, we arrived, not realizing the side entrance was not in use anymore, so we ventured around the building to the street facing front where the current entrance is. This is important for parking and the below HP information.

Greeted quickly, and with a smile, we were seated in one of the cleanest dining areas we’ve been in over the course of ?? decades. Immaculate doesn’t do it justice.

A measuring tool of mine is fried pickles. They’ve been among my favorites since their invention in my hometown. 3 point had good, but not great fried pickles. The amount of oil in the bottom of the serving tray was excessive. However, this is nothing that an additional 0:00:30 in the drip basket wouldn’t resolve, so I chalk this up to their newness.

We both ordered quite different burgers (smash) with their homemade fries. For that same number of decades, I didn’t mention above, I have covered burgers, at home and out, with A-1. That’s my thing. 3 point didn’t have A-1 yet, and I praise the almighty they didn’t. Simply, this smash burger was in the top 3 I’ve had across this great nation. Perfect preparation and no need for A-1 (OMG!). My wife felt her burger also ranked near the top with fresh veggies, juicy yet crispy patties, and almost a sufficient number of napkins. Their house made fries were potato perfection, and generous as well.

In my reviews I try to be fair, so I must add the following. There is no ramp close by to access the restaurant via wheelchair, but if you can get over a moderately low curb, the interior is chair friendly. The bathrooms are in need of an update, and some emptied trash barrels. Something to hold their paper towels would help as well, though I expect this too will all happen as they move forward.

Overall, we cannot wait to return. The service here was perfect, and I believe we interacted with everyone working there. I’d give these ladies and the gentleman 9.9/10. What a fantastic replacement for what was a borderline establishment.

I’ve been reviewing restaurants for decades. Never have I reviewed the same place twice, but this place has earned it.

To find a clean restaurant, with amazing service that remembers your order is unique enough. After all, we’ve eaten inside now twice, and picked up a few more times. The last time I mentioned this establishment, I commented on HP parking. I have since found out there is more than was obvious, on the south side (Rye side) of the building.

To find a restaurant that perfectly produces their own wing sauces and rubs is special in itself. No out of the bucket sauces here. Then, to discover the BEST pizza we’ve experienced on the seacoast in the same place is an added bonus. The “Red zone heat” pizza, which is not spicy, covered in charred cup pepperoni and drizzled with HOUSE MADE hot honey is spectacular, especially for those of us who adore a thin crust pizza. Perfection in a box!

3 Point Bar & Grille Bar and Grille is maximizing their potential, listening to customers and doing it all with attentive service, high quality, fresh food, and a whopper of a smile. Our new go-to should be yours too. Located in the former Gibbs Garage on Lafayette Road near the Rye line. Plenty of free parking and even more included smiles!

I got the MVP burger, simple but classic. Tater tots were crispy my daughter and I shared them. Miss the old place, but they did a great job putting this place together. Thanks Mike and the girls!
