Honestly the slowest Papa John’s I’ve ever been to. I walked in, stood at the counter, and literally nobody acknowledged me. No “hi,” no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. Just workers wandering around like I was invisible.
It took them a ridiculous amount of time to even look my way, let alone help me. By the time someone finally decided to do their job, I could’ve baked my own pizza from scratch. If this is “better ingredients, better pizza,” they might want to start with better service first.
Do better.

I and the missus needed to place a large catering order- 10 large pies, two 12″ orders of cheese sticks, and three 2-liters -for her workplace. Having called the night before, we were politely told to call in the morning and speak to the general manager. Called today around 9 AM and spoke to Don- incredibly polite and friendly, personable man who was more than patient with us as we figured out payments, totals, times, etc. It was our first time having to make such an order and Don made it incredibly easy for us. Only took the store about 45 minutes to prepare our order, and when we arrived to pick it up he had even supplied us with plates, napkins, drink cups, and plenty of extra sauces and other condiments- even helped load it into my truck! Everything came out perfectly. We already like ordering from this location for our personal pizza consumption, and now we know they’ll have our backs whenever we need catering.

I just don’t understand why people Get into a job role where They hate dealing with Customer. Walked in and waited for almost 10 minutes. The guy making the pizza saw me multiple times completely ignored me. Little short girl that was in the back working in the freezer literally had to tell him. To come help me, I was the only customer there and they had one order on the screen. Customer service it’s not hard to smile and help people if you don’t like it go work out a warehouse

Nice clean store not too far away with delicious food and fast and friendly service with a smile . Used my Papa Dough and it cost me $10 for a large 2 topping pizza . Yeah baby yeah!

I’m a huge fan of dominos. But I wanted to try a different place because dominos is raising prices.
I got the original pepperoni pizza, garlic knots, and Oreo papa bites.
All tasted decent. And I enjoyed the papa bites. I love Oreos. The garlic dipping sauce, pizza dipping sauce, and icing for dipping were all good.
One touch that I liked that papa johns did were the quality sealed stickers to keep the boxes shut.
I will consider papa johns in the future when j have more pizza cravings.

WTH ..Who does this!!! To add insult to injury they left the pizza outside…. No knock, no doorbell ring by the time we figured out it was delivered…. It was found on the ground by the door and was barely warm in 75*temps.

Don’t bother. You’ll end up waiting 45 minutes while you watch the delivery driver drop off multiple other orders and then they’ll end up bringing your order to the wrong address. If you call the store, they will tell you to go track your order down yourself. SMH. What a waste of time. Save yours, order elsewhere.

Every time I order from the Classen Blvd Papa John’s, they absolutely nail it. Orders are accurate, fresh, and on time — every single time. The staff is friendly & professional. Last night ordered a pizza from here and it was the worst Papa Johns pizza a have ever had. Very little cheese, ordered pepperoni and Canadian bacon, hardly any CB on it, and it was not even warm had to micro wave it. I will not order from there again.
