Fantastic fresh food! I had a mulitas—a Mexican food I’ve never had before—and it was really good! Like, I’m going to go back for a couple of those again.
I was a little surprised at the wait time after ordering, but I guess that also means it was cooked after I ordered and not just re-heated.
The atmosphere is the food truck motif. Parking lot, etc. but the food is what makes it.

The tacos were amazing! The meat was well seasoned and tender. The salsas weren’t watered down like most places, and both red and green sauces were full of flavor with the perfect amount of heat. I would recommend trying this place!

I first called in an order to try a few tacos—my go-to test for any new Mexican food spot. They didn’t disappoint. While picking up my order, I grabbed a burrito for my night shift and was blown away—I had found my new spot.
Came back later for some asada fries, and once again, they nailed it.
• Salsas are rich and full of flavor, not watered down.
• Every bite was packed with taste.
• Ordering was smooth and easy.
• On cold days, you can wait in your car with a buzzer that lets you know when your food is ready.

Tortas Lokas has the best Al Pastor tacos in town!! I’ve tried most places in Idaho Falls and Tortas Lokas is the only place I ever come back to. Their food never disappoints!!!
