This place is awesome!! The pizza and breadsticks are delicious!! We really wanted to watch a football game on live tv. The man who was working was kind enough to put the game on tv for us. What great customer service!! The place was clean and everything was wonderful, including the house salad. We will definitely be back when we are in town again! Thank you, Pizza Factory!!

A calming parlor as the lights aren’t so bright. There is a 6 seat bar to have tap beer 11 choices and a couple wines. There are arcade games and at least 4 TVs mounted up on various walls. Updated counters and serves ice cream.

Long story short, we waited double the amount of time we were told over the phone.
I did appreciate the three different guys who came up to us and apologized.. And for the 2-liter that was offered for our wait.

They had just gotten past a HUGE rush when I arrived, being short staffed, several of the tables hadn’t been cleared yet, and they were behind on orders, but there’s only so much 2 people can do in a busy pizza joint! They apologized several times, and gave me regular updates to the status of my pizza. The pizza was very good, I would have preferred a little more doneness on the crust, but it was good as it was. They didn’t skimp on toppings, which was very nice, and unlike most other pizza places.

This place is going places. The pizza and breadsticks were as delicious Las they looked. Pizza looked like it was cared for from start to finish. The game was on in the back ground too. Perfect atmosphere and a caring team.

Now, this is interesting. I started the evening alone and was going to order an order of hot wings and a large thin crust pizza for myself for dinner and a snack for later. Great service from the counter and great attitude bringing it to my table I was waiting at. Review would be 5 stars but while I was waiting, I decided to invite my ball players here for their dinner since it was on their way home. Service took a turn for the unusual. All because we ordered a salad. It’s a normal menu item, but come to find out… the family ahead of us also had a poor salad experience. They had to remind the staff when their pizza was brought to their table that they also had a salad. As I was talking to my son about why his salad wasn’t ready yet.. we overheard the counter staff who took our order, knew we had ordered a house salad, and complain to other staff or manager, I don’t know, about making the salad. And when it was delivered to our table, the long table and we were at the other end of this table, she left it without bringing it to our attention. The worst experience to say the least.

$25 for three pizza breads. I can live with but when I got home the pizza bread had almost no cheese. If you’re going to charge that much maybe make it worth it.
