I can not express how amazing Meredith and her staff are. We did a somewhat large last minute catering order for our Dad’s memorial service. They went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. The food was great and all labeled perfectly. Thanks so much for everything. We will never forget it ♥️♥️♥️

This review is only referring to the retail chips being sold in supermarkets.
First, I am obsessed with these potato chips. The taste, crunch, and darkly cooked are fantastic. I have been buying them for about 6 months.
However, I have to make note of something that I have come across in the last two bags that I purchased.
Some of the chips are clearly made with rotten potatoes. I pulled out a chip, and thought it was moldy. Upon further inspection, I realized that they were old damaged potatoes. There were several like that in the bag.
I love the chips so much that I will continue to purchase them. I will say that I don’t like the idea of having to check every chip before I ingest it….
There seems to be a quality control issue. I hope that the company will address this!

Let me start by saying, I have not been here since the Wrap Shack days. There’s a throwback for you! I thought the menu and over all experience would be similar, and boy was I pleasantly wrong.
This is a completely different business, and the menu reflects that 100%! Plenty of unique wrap options, as well as pressed sandwiches, bulky rolls, and much more.
I was greeted as soon as we walked in by the young lady working the register. This establishment, though small, was clean to the brim, and had seating for maybe 14-20 people.
Each sandwich comes with the famous Wrap City chips which are seasoned to perfection. A little salty, a little sweet, with a crisp crunch.
I got the Rumania. Corned beef, pastrami, coles slaw, Russian dressing, and swiss on marbled rye. The sand which was perfectly balanced, and not one ingredient overpowered the other.
The corned beef was real and chunky. Not that processed deli stuff.
Wrap City, you have won yourself a new customer and I can’t wait to explore the rest of what you have to offer!

As Advertised really fresh ingredients and super tasty and crunchy chips. The staff is super friendly and the spot very cozy. Ordered the Warrior and the cape coder and we will definitely come back.

This is a review strictly on the chips. Terrible; Ordered a 2pack from their site. Majority chips are burnt, & cheap ingredients; canola oil & sugar. Each time I ate it, my stomach turned. Thought it would be good with terms used like “small batch, handcrafted, local quality”. First and last.

I love the food but had a very unfortunate experience.. I was finishing my sandwich when I noticed two little hairs at the bottom of the box.. I brushed it off like maybe it was a pet hair still gross but I get it I have pets.. Then I picked up a chip with a long white coarse hair attached. My stomach turned.

We did an online order and I ordered a roast beef sandwich and my brother ordered his usual wrap. We go our order and my roast beef came but im not sure if it was the right roast beef, my brother ordered a wrap and got a chicken salad sandwich with Avocado. They sandwich was okay, but I’d rather have had my roast beef. (My brother wanted the roast beef so I ate the chicken salad, even too neither of us really like chicken salad) the chips that come with the meals were good. We ordered lemonades and they were out so we got waters. We paid for the other items, but got the others. Overall I wasn’t impressed but when we go in and order in person, it’s normally pretty good.

I have never written a review before, but I have to express how deeply upset I am by the horrible service I received over the phone. I have life-threatening food allergies and my friend and I were ordering delivery online, and there was no option to note my allergies so the kitchen would be aware. I called to see if I could place the order over the phone given the circumstances, and the girl who answered (I did not get her name) snapped “Delivery orders are placed online, you know that right?” Um, of course I know that, but I need to talk to a human being to make sure I don’t get egg in my sandwich that will kill me. She took down my information and said to place the order online and she’d flag it to the kitchen. I told her it would be under my name. We then placed the order but realized it automatically connected to my friend’s Doordash. I called back to say it would be under a different name. She walked into the kitchen, with me still on the phone, and said “Yeah the Dallas Style with the allergy was put under a different name. How typical.” When she put the phone back up to her ear I said “how typical?” She stuttered and tried to apologize, but I explained that we didn’t realize it was going through Doordash and then I thanked her and hung up. Awful girl and awful service. Definitely lost a customer. If you have food allergies beware ordering here!! Again, I didn’t get her name but she was working Saturday 8/2 around 12 pm.
