Horrible place to get pizza. Never have hot n ready pizzas. Wait over 20 minutes for a pizza. No sauce. Burnt and thin. Consistently like this. Would not recommend the place to anyone!

I waited on hold and waited and waited. Someone else picked up the phone and clearly forget I was on hold. I asked for a lite cooked pizza, ask 3 times. They said absolutely, no problem, I’ll let the cook know. I opened the pizza in front of them, it was burnt. I asked for lite cooked. They said the oven is broke and that’s what I get. Really??? All you have to do is give it a little push in the oven! Nope, there not able to do that they said. I can not and will not ever do business with this place again. Horrible place. Save your money, save your time. This was not a place to go if you want to enjoy pizza.

They have “Thee Best Pretzel Crust” hands down … I tried four other Little Caesars in Northern Michigan and none of them compared ( Food and Service)… the staff are super friendly, take pride in their work and keep the place super clean and nice !!!

Entered the store at 8:24. The posted closing time was 9 pm. Ordered chicken wings they were not available because “we close at 9”. So I asked for a hot and ready pepperoni, and an order or crazy bread. I was told “it will be 6 minutes”. The food was ready 16 minutes later. When we got home, we discovered the crazy bread was dripping with butter sauce, so much so that it leaked through the wrapper, the bag, and through the pizza box. Is it Little Caesar’s policy to restrict the menu 1/2 an hour before closing?

I would absolutely steer clear of this location. Just trying to pick up a quick lunch for my family and had to deal with one of the rudest women ever for no reason. I see why they have such a low rating. The manager needs to speak with their employees about how to interact with customers.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this place is something else. I’ve gotten 3 hot n readys now within 2-3 weeks and it’s pretty much a whole pizza because they don’t cut it all the way thru! My HOT n ready was OLD and ready. I get it’s a $5 pizza but thats my dinner and I prefer to eat pizza that isn’t old! I tried to call and let them know this but no one ever answers the phone so here we are.

Ordered 2 orders of garlic Parmesan wings well done thru door dash. Order gets delivered and it was cold wings with no sauce. I called and Mattie the shift manager says the best she can do is a 50% credit on my next order. I asked for a full refund and she said she couldn’t do that. I asked for them to remake the order and deliver it, she said I’d have to purchase again thru door dash. I drove to store and she put sauce on the cold wings that she demanded I bring with me. I explained that they were cold being over an hour old at this point so she put them back in the oven. Now I have old reheated wings. Absolutely terrible customer service. She should not be in a management position.

I stop here to get pizza to eat by the lake with my family every time I visit the area in the summer. I highly recommend them for fast, friendly, and fresh pizza! The friendly service is always above and beyond expectations. They have great prices, and their pizza is always always consistent regarding taste and preparation

Best little Cesar’s I’ve been to! I’ve been to a lot of them all across our great country but none of them have compared to quality of service and pizzas we got from here. Ordered 8 pizzas and a crazy bread and all of them were cooked perfectly and looked like you see on TV. Not over cooked, not wit half of the cheese falling off. AND they were actually cut ALL THE WAY THROUGH!!! I can’t tell you how many times we get pizzas that don’t even look like they attempted to cut the pizza into slices! Great job ladies!

Ordered an Extra Most Bestest for lunch today while visiting the Houghton Lake area. All three of my girls said it was SO good. My husband and I couldn’t believe how great it was. Will definitely be back when visiting Houghton Lake again. Customer service was excellent too! Haven’t had excellent pizza like this in years. Thank you Little Caesars of Houghton Lake!
