Okay so I went into Subway on Monday, January 25th at 5:20:38 P.M.

I must say l Anika can make a huuuuuge sandwich and get it to fold over and wrap.
She made sure to double wrap the sandwich and was very nice about making such a Extraordinary Sub.
I went in with a red collar on around my neck and she didn’t say anything about it. She took my order polite as ever, I had a Italian B.M.T. with extra meat, toasted with alternating provolone and pepper jack cheeses with onions on it.
The Sub sandwich had everything on it with extra olives, sweet onion sauce and a little mayo, salt, pepper as well as oregano, double meat.
I left a $5.00 tip not only for the exceedingly professional mannerisms this stores employees have, the way the product is fresh, the attention to quality product.
The story was cleansely I didn’t see any debris of any kind in any part of the store.
I paid $9.74 for the sandwich which I could only eat half of.
I was taken care of better here than any other Subway in my life.
If you want a good quality meal that’s healthy go to this location.
They are the best in the entire treasure valley.
Better than Jersey Mike’s… Even though they have the “18 inch sandwiches” I received more bang for my buck at Subway.
I haven’t been this full since I was a kid eating a six inch sub.

I could barely bite the sandwich and that’s why I’m full from 6 inches.
Absolutely perfect.
Anika told me this was the biggest sandwich she has ever made or seen made in her life and career at Subway.
I asked if she would like to take a picture with the sandwich and she said yes Of course! She then lowered the vegetable lid so that I could take the picture.

I ordered the Herb Italian Parmesan bread for my sandwich. There were very few pieces of Parmesan cheese on the top of the Herb Italian Parmesan bread. When I asked about the small amount of Parmesan on the bread the staff member, assisting in preparing my sandwich replied that this franchise is using a lessor amount of Parmesan cheese on the top of their Herb Italian Parmesan bread due to costs.
The Saff Member did say the Subways standards called for a hand full of Parmesan cheese to be put on the top of the Herb Italian Parmesan bread, yet the Staff member did not feel the Subway standard amount of Parmesan cheese was necessary. When I mentioned that by not following the Subway recipe and using a lessor amount of Parmesan cheese, the Customer was being shorted and not getting their full value of what was being charged for this sandwich. The Staff Member accused me of saying that this Subway store was stealing from the customer. Of which I agreed. This did give me the feeling of not getting exactly what I was paying for. Or meeting Subways high standards of quality.

The young lady with glasses was extremely rude I was trying to do the 699 footlong deal and my app wasn’t working and she didn’t even try to give me a break and ran my card for more that what the sandwich even was.

Really sweet girl on the sandwich line on 4/3 at 2pm. Best service I’ve gotten at a subway in a while. Especially compared to some of the other employees at this location who are typically very rude. I hope she gets recognition for actually being good at her job!

Was just there a little bit ago, they’re always great when we go!! Food is always great girls have a great attitude and are quick. Definitely my favorite subway here:) we typically get the Italian BMT and turkey subs toasted, they’re always perfect. Employees also won’t hesitate to fix something if a mistake was made with no hassle which is very appreciated though it rarely happens. 10/10 recommend

Ordered online and when we arrived home after picking up the order, we noticed our sandwiches were completely wrong. They did not follow our order at all. Nothing extensive, just vegetables and sauces. Tried to contact the restaurant several times, but no luck. This is the second time this has happened. I come here on Saturdays and mostly Sundays. The ladies working on the weekend are cool peeps. They make a dang good sandwich. I go there for the great customer service and quality of the sandwiches. Keep up the good work! It is noticed!
