It had been a while since I last ordered from Jet’s Pizza, but I’m so glad I came back—because wow, their deep dish pizza is still where it’s at! The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, and the toppings are always fresh and loaded with flavor. That signature Jet’s deep dish is in a league of its own—no other place does it quite like this.
Big shoutout to Maddison at the register, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. She made the whole ordering process quick and easy, and her great attitude just added to the experience.
You can tell Jet’s is a pizza place that truly strives for quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction. From the first bite to the last, they absolutely deliver (pun intended).
Highly recommend if you want that true, satisfying pizza fix. I won’t be waiting so long to come back next time!

I ordered food at 6:27 ETA was 7:16 cool, well at 7:30 I was concerned so I called and the young lady tells me that he just left the store and should arrive shortly. I live 3 miles away from this location literally a strait shot down Debbie lane. So I called 15 minutes later for the same young lady to tell me they have a new driver and he is old and can’t find my place. Unprofessional and he never called if he was looking for my place that’s only 3 miles away. So I ask for my food to be remade and I will come pick it up myself! I can’t believe they tried to sell me re heated and rebuttered crust and re sauced chicken!!! It was cold!!!! Once I noticed they tried to give me the old cold reheated food I just asked for a refund, the young lying man told me I would Receive a refund in a few days, so I asked for a receipt he hands me a reprinted one of my order from 6 and I asked why did he give me a old receipt and not one saying I’ve been refunded, he says because I can’t give you one it’s all on line. So really I’m never gonna order here due to the fact that they did nothing but lie and call the new delivery guy old and slow as if I’m not old it’s was disrespectful 12/29/25 @ 7:45 I had the absolute worst time in your establishment I had to beg for a refund! They were kids and that’s the only reason I didn’t give them a tongue lashing

Our friend kept raving about this place so we finally decided to give it a try. Was it worth the hype? Most definitely!
We ordered for delivery online and got the build your own 8 corner pizza and the bread. It gave us an estimated delivery time and I was very pleased when it came 15 minutes earlier. The pizza was hot and fresh and we all enjoyed it. As you can see from the picture, they don’t skimp on the toppings!
The pricing was fair, and the food was good and definitely worth a try. Glad we have a solid local pizza spot!

Discovered Jet’s this year during summer trip to RR/Austin and loved it, then was surprised to learn of a location fairly close to me in Mansfield so made the trip tonight to try it and compare. Safe to say that the Detroit-style pizza in Mansfield tasted exactly how I remembered and just as delicious! I’ve both times now have only chosen what they’re famous for so I can’t speak to all the side stuff they sell but if you love pan pizza texture, I highly recommend their 4corners Detroit-style for that good extra crunch you just can’t get off NY styles. Love all kinds of pizza but sometimes you just want it this way! And I love the option to buy ranch by the bottle so I got one of those, along with a dessert pie, and yes that was yum too–see pics 🙂

• wrong order delivered
• last night, they were out of wings, and offered a substitute. I got cheese bread. They sent Cajun spice cheese bread. It burned my mouth. My mother was unable to eat it.
To their credit, they offered a credit for the wings I was charged for.

This place used to be one of our favorites. We would eat here almost once a week. However, the last year or so this place has gone down hill and it’s so disappointing. From the quality of the food to our orders never being delivered correctly. We ordered two deli boats, a small salad and a 4 corner pizza last night. It cost $50 (with tip and delivery). The deli boats had next to nothing on them. I tried to call the restaurant at 845 to explain the issue but no one would answer the phone, so I took them back up there to show the manager. She tells me “that’s just how they are”. She claims I was given a refund for the delivery fee and deli boats, but I have yet to see any refund post to my account as of yet.

This is the most consistent restaurant I’ve been too. The pizza is always hot and fresh when I pick it up. The crust is the star and it’s perfectly crisp on the sides and bottom. The cheese pulls away. They don’t put too much sauce. This place is much better than thunderbird pies.

Best Detroit style pizza in the whole DFW metroplex! I’ve been several times ( and I’m traveling from mid-Arlington). They never disappoint. Tried the Greek salad this time around. Not everyone does beets on their Greeks, but they do.
