Absolutely delightful! Everything at Baking Room looks amazing, and the service was excellent from start to finish. We tried the Mini Dacquoise and Spooning Scone, and both were incredibly delicious — perfectly balanced sweetness with a rich, savory touch in every bite. You can really taste the care and quality in their baking. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of their menu!

Finally, a true dessert haven has opened near OC, and we had the pleasure of visiting during their soft opening. The dacquoises are a delightful treat, with a soft exterior and a chewy interior filled with creamy goodness—sweet and perfectly tender. The scones are wonderfully crunchy on the outside while remaining soft on the inside; you definitely need to try them with their handmade salted butter—it’s simply delicious. And let’s not forget, they offer the best financier in town. The owners are exceptionally kind and welcoming, adding to the overall charming experience.

Small shop with delicious desserts made in- house. The owner was very sweet & answered all of my questions.
I bought the “Spooning Scone” that is described as a cake in a jar. It is not- this is an all out decadent dessert with a perfectly baked scone topped with a sweet cream custard-like on top & fresh fruit. It took all I had to NOT inhale this. So good!
I also ordered three packaged Dacquoise that I was told were the cousins to macarons but 15 times better. These were definitely better than any macaron I’ve ever had. The cookie shell is soft but flaky & the cream is buttery, slightly sweet & melts in your mouth.
I also bought my daughter a s’mores cookie & oreo brownie. She had the brownie & said it was yummy. She’s saving the cookie for later.
I highly recommend coming by for a sweet treat & supporting this small business. I know I’ll be back.

Ordering was very easy and streamline
Pastry from donut, cookie, financier, Madeleine and my personal favorite dacquoise were very good. I like the individual wrapping. Everyone of my friends loved them. Not too sweet but still moist and a great balance of flavor.
Definitely will order some more soon.

The most amazing, soft, moist, not too sweet cookie is here at the BAKING ROOM! Thank you for your delicious baked treats. I make my sweet husband buy me the best cookies in town. He literally drives me around town on the weekends trying different cookies. I’ve been back here twice already and it hasn’t even been 2 weeks. We have tried all the flavors and came back again for their Matcha Cream Cheese and Oreo Smore’s cookie. Sooo good. Must come back for my anniversary on 9/4. Manifesting my next treat!
