Pizza was dry . Crust and steak on the Philly pizza was burnt . Chicken was lightly sauced . I haven’t ordered here from here in a while , but never had an issue . The older gentleman drivers are always great, pizzas always fresh and sauce is great . Went downhill in the last month or so

The Domino’s Pizza located in downtown Shakopee, MN has combined two serious problems.
First, the cleanliness is very poor.
Second, most of the employees are disrespectful. With the exception of the person working the phone/call section, the rest of the staff were busy with themselves.
It happened that an order I was waiting for was just sitting there, but no one bothered to call my name or hand it to me, until I finally decided to leave.
If you order delivery, they also mess things up. For example, as far as I know right now, I am missing several items, including drinks

I really like this location. A few of the delivery drivers are so nice. Especially Greg. Our pizza is almost always really good. One time though they did just drop the pizza box on the ground and leave though without ringing our bell. And that pissed me off. But other than that one time we really enjoy ordering from here

It seems that this location is incapable of making an extra sausage and green olives pizza correctly. I have a free one of these from a few months back already but since I order online I don’t use the voucher. Today it happened again where we ordered the pizza and it showed up without sausage completely. I guess extra means no? At this point my daughter is screaming about her pizza always being wrong and what was supposed to be an easy dinner turned into the most difficult night of the week. See the photo for what you get when you pay for “extra sausage”. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere if you want a correct pizza.

Would give Zero if I could. Definitely going to contact corporate regarding food tampering. Waited almost an hour for my pizza and finally get it and it’s the wrong order. Driver apologizes but then says there’s nothing he can do for me so oh well. Um what? After voicing my opinion on why that isn’t going to work he decides that “Well, I can call the store and have it remade and redelivered”. You can’t do anything for me but now that you see I’m upset you can do that??? After that rude interaction I tried to call the store 4 times and no answer. They were going to send me another pizza and have me wait without any compensation. This all happened around midnight so I am now hungry, angry, and irritated. I left a negative review and tried calling again a FIFTH time. Finally got an answer and was taken care of and given a refund but the manager saw my review and decided to send me a tainted pizza because they didn’t like that I wasn’t happy about the late pizza, the wrong order, the rude driver, and the 4 unanswered calls.

I had placed an order online at 5:30 pm and to have it ready by 6pm and it was not done when we got there. I had ordered NY style premium chicken with bacon and sauce was not correct making the pizza even worse then what it looked. Would not recommend this place!!! Update as of 8/22/25 Was able to talk too the manager at this Domino’s in Shakopee, he listened to what I was saying about my previous order and offered to replace them at no cost! Just be patient and don’t give up!!!

The team tonight (Nov 20) killed it. I had (stupidly) ordered pizzas for the next day! I was gonna just take the loss but these guys rushed to get my pizzas out fresh and hot right then and there, pizzas are perfect too. thank you guys

Usually OK service from this Dominos. But the pizza in this pic was one of a group of 4 ordered — this one with robusto sauce, extra feta cheese and olives. Whoever took this burnt thing, practically devoid of any feta, from the oven and placed it into a box and passed it off as acceptable should be ashamed.
