There were two cashiers and neither seems to be trained well enough to be on the front register alone. It took entirely too long to order two burgers and a drink while standing on sticky floors. The young lady helping me stopped in the middle of my order to assist the young guy taking someone else’s order and left me sitting there waiting to complete my order. They both seem to have complications with knowing where the buttons were on the machine…again I know a training issue. Food was Medicare at best to have spent 29 bucks for 2 burgers and a drink. I had a crispy onion turkey burger. The burger was bland no seasoning the crispy onions were soft cold and salty. My daughter had a bacon cheese burger with grilled onions….they did not put the bacon on that burger but gladly charged me for. The spicy ranch was more salty then heat or flavor. Will not be returning to any location….no thanks. Had venture across the street to Chick-fil-A. I see why they bribing you with a free cookie for a 5 star review.

My husband and I hadn’t had Mooyah in over a decade and were excited to try it again. Unfortunately, we won’t be back. The prices are high and the quality just doesn’t match.
For how long we waited, the quality control should’ve been much better. Our shakes were handed to us with ice cream dripping down the cups. I ordered mint chocolate chip and it tasted like plain vanilla. We tried the fries in the car, and my son immediately spit his out from how salty they were. I thought he was exaggerating until I tried one — it was like someone dumped salt on top instead of seasoning the fries properly.
When we got home, I found out my bacon cheeseburger didn’t even have bacon. Took a bite with what little hope I had left in this place and there was no seasoning on the patty. My husbands burger was unseasoned, cold, pink on the inside yet dry. The $8 chicken tender kids meal just isn’t worth the price for the quality. $45 down the drain.
We’ll stick to Culver’s.

Came in on my lunch break wanting something spicy. I asked Joey and his associate what they recommended and they said the Diablo. I also added bacon and got the regular fries and a Reese shake and the food was amazing. While dining Joey checked on each table and other associates made sure the eating area remained stocked and clean. Highly recommend and will be back.

After church today, our family stopped in for a dine-in meal and had such a wonderful experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we needed before heading to our son’s basketball game. We did realize at the kiosk that we forgot to add lettuce and tomatoes to my mom’s burger, but once we mentioned it to Joey, he immediately brought them over without hesitation. His quick response and friendly attitude truly made a difference. We were all greatly appreciative of the excellent service and warm hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect. Jordan was really helpful with the menu and attentive to requests. The hamburdog thing is probably the greatest burger I’ve ever had. The restaurant is clean and open with good company. My order was out quicker than it took me to decide what I wanted. Highly recommend. 10/10 is an understatement. Thank y’all

Delicious burgers, fries and their organic drinks are a nice change. I’ve been here twice now. After reading the reviews, I almost did not even try it out because of how many complaints I saw of missing items and long waits in the drive thru. I’m glad I did try it because the burger I got was really good and the sweet potato fries were excellent.
HOWEVER, I thought I got lucky that nothing in my order was missing until I realized when I got home that my shake was missing AND they missed the sauce on my burger.
That was a bummer, but I tried it again because they were still really good. Second time, forgot my toppings and sauce…again!
I understand it’s been open for a month now.. but there are still dozens of other complaints of this same issue (missing items). I’m not sure if management just doesn’t care or if there is something wrong with their POS system but it’s never good if you go to a restaurant and can consistently EXPECT your order to be missing something.
Overall, great food. Service needs serious work. They also definitely go minimal on the sauce and the patties are tiny, might as well get a kids meal. I don’t feel that it’s worth the money, but it is good enough that I’ll be back.

He made sure my order was perfect, checked in to see if I needed anything, and kept a great attitude the entire time. You can tell he takes pride in his work and really cares about customer service.
