Worst dq ever! My burger was a disaster cheese wasn’t melted burgers weren’t hot everything was sliding off the bun and the hot dog was smashed fries were cold! Girl working is thief worked at burger King and tried to pocket customers change (my husband called her out on it) also says online they have smoothies and they don’t so need to update your online menu! If I didn’t have to leave at least one star I would I won’t be coming back here ever again! Cashier said ” sorry it took so long your food got lost back there” place is horrible!

I give fast food chain restaurants three stars unless they do some thing exceptionally well. Typical small size small town dairy queen. The staff is super friendly. The place is overall clean. Except for the six flies on the window. Without the flies it would definitely be a great place to eat. Food was what you would expect from a Dairy Queen.

Do you enjoy having missing food from your order? Or maybe having something substituted in your order without being told? What about terrible service? Well if you enjoy any or all of these things then this is the Dairy Queen for you. I have been to this dairy queen at least 10+ times in the past year due to it being in close proximity to wheeling middle school and my home. In the 10+ time that I have been there I can’t recall a single time that I left this dairy queen and been satisfied with that fact that I chose to eat there. Every time I go there I have to check every item in the bag to ensure that I get everything that I paid for. Many times multiple items are missing. Tonight will have been the last straw. I’m tired of giving this place one more shot and frankly wasting my money. I’ve had entire meals missing from my order and when brought to the staffs attention I get a look of confusing. I’ve had to argue with the staff there to get the food that I paid for because the “online order wasn’t in
their system”. Time and time again this place has disappointed me and my family with incompetence. Needless to say I will no longer be visiting this location out of convenience. I will drive the extra time to go to McDonalds or Wendy’s.

Traveling through on vacation and stopped here. Workers were very nice and helpful even when we had to adjust our order after we paid. Food was hot and fresh and the cones were got were so smooth it felt like you were eating a cloud!

I visited this location with my sister after leaving the funeral home and discussing burial options for our father. When we got to the speaker we told them we needed a minute to look over the menu. We were talking about the options and an employee came over the speaker and very rudely and unprofessionally told us to “Stop talking and order. Look at the line behind you.” When my sister asked them to repeat what they said there was silence and then finally another employee answered and told us to go ahead with our order. When we got to the window the employee slammed it open, told us the total, snatched the card out of my sister’s hand, gave it back, and walked away. The employee who handed our food out was kind. I don’t know who the rude employee was as I didn’t see a name tag, but if that’s the kind of people you have representing your company you can probably expect a decline in sales.

This Dairy Queen is always busy. As far as I can remember, it is the only one in Wheeling that offers all of the lunch options. Their cheeseburger is very good. The fries are always hot. They can get backed up at times at the drive-thru. I’ve never had a bad meal or experience at this location.

Don’t order extra anything in your blizzard. I paid for extra cookie dough in my mixing bowl mashup blizzard and did not have ONE SINGLE PIECE of cookie dough. It was basically a milkshake.
