Came in to get a sub, lady who served me looked mad as hell that I came in to order a sub as if that’s not her job? It wasn’t even busy it was just me. Then she just tossed my sub onto the checkout counter and walked into the back room like I was interrupting her. Previous times that I came it was a guy working and he is much better with service. If he’s not there I’m turning around and going somewhere else

If I could start with ZERO STARS I absolutely would to!!! I went to this location today for lunch and had extremely rude service and the lady throw our food at us on the counter!! And the manager was the rudest and nasty out of 3 woman that were working! This location was also extremely dirty and no clean tables at all!! And the rudest was the one African American woman with blonde hair–who I believe was the manager!!! Also she was on her phone the entire time!! Was so very unprofessional and will never be back to this location again and the man and his son behind us we’re also very disappointed with the service!! Extremely terrible customer service!!!! Do not go to this location if you can help it!!!

First time trying out Jersey Mike’s Sub, and it’s pretty decent. I only cater a box for a mini party and it’s pricey but hey the food is good. I ordered the same day as well.

I was in there today at about 2:00 p.m. February 1st and there was two people that were working and neither one of them acknowledge that my husband and I were there we literally stood there for 10 minutes even though they were kind of busy nobody even recognized us or said will be right with you we finally decided to leave two other customers waiting after we left so we decided to go around the corner to Potbelly’s to get us a nice sub too bad I couldn’t enjoy yours because of the two bad employees that you had working that day February 1st at 2:00 p.m.

Got the giant Portobello Mushroom Sub, was surprised to see that it was available at this location while the app and website did not have it in their options.

I am very happy with the subs I receive from this location! I wouldnt go anywhere else for a great hot or cold sub. My personal preference is a hot sub, so I go for the Philly Cheesesteak. Takes a few minutes extra but that is because the meat is cooked to order. Fast and friendly service!

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant! Every time I visit, the service is consistently excellent, and a big part of that is thanks to Nick and Malcolm. They always provide amazing customer service–kind, patient, and attentive to every detail of my order, no matter how “extra” i know it is. I say that not because they make me feel that way but because I know it is, lol, and they do it with a smile. What really stands out is how they handle food preparation with urgency, ensuring everything comes out fresh and timely, but never in a way that makes you feel rushed. Unlike other places that just push customers in and out, they go above and beyond to make conversation and create a welcoming experience. It’s rare to find a restaurant that not only delivers great food but also makes you feel genuinely valued as a guest. Highly recommend!

I used to love Jersey Mike’s but this location did not read the online order and made my sub incorrectly TWICE (first they made the vegetarian sub with meat and put tomatoes on it which I listed as an allergy and then they put peppers on it when they remade it). The whole reason I order online is to avoid the wait and to make sure the ingredients are correct but it didn’t work here. I had to wait 25 extra minutes because it was during the lunch rush and still had to pick off the incorrect ingredients that give me stomach issues. It ended up being a terrible lunch experience that cost me over $20. Would not recommend this location to anyone with any sort of dietary restrictions.

Ordered a hot sub online. Got to the store 15 minutes later and they hadn’t even started making my sub yet. The only reason they started making it was because I told them I was there to pick it up. This is why I ordered online to give them time to make it. Makes no sense. Then I was told it’ll take 3 minutes to make. It’s a hot sub. How does it take 3 minutes to make. Very disappointing
