DON’T EAT HERE. SPOILED FOOD AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Against my better judgment, I went to Taco Bell and ordered two tacos. From the moment I pulled up, the employee working the window was rude, dismissive, and clearly lacked basic customer service skills. No greeting, no receipt, no sauce offered—nothing.

When I started eating, one of the tacos tasted spoiled. I could not finish it and immediately felt uncomfortable continuing to eat the food. That is a serious issue and completely unacceptable for any restaurant, especially a fast-food chain.

The employee’s attitude was just as bad as the food—cold, unpleasant, and clearly uninterested in doing his job or treating customers with even minimal respect. It makes you wonder why management allows people like this to interact with customers at all.

More people need to speak up and expose businesses like this that gladly take customers’ money while delivering horrible food and even worse service. If you hate dealing with customers, get out of the service industry. No one forced you to take the job. You chose Taco Bell. Customers should not have to suffer because of bad attitudes and careless work.

Horrible experience, unsafe food, and terrible service. I will not be returning and strongly suggest others avoid this location.

The store is great. Food is fresh and fast and the store is clean. The one star off is because it’s gotten so expensive. Taco Bell is easily the most expensive day food place around. It might be cheaper to order from an actual Mexican restaurant. And they replaced most of the real cheese with that cheese goo that’s pretty disgusting.

My friend placed an online order before reaching the restaurant and we waited for almost an hour for her food inside the restaurant. Everyone else got their food before her. The worker at the counter was rude and kept saying the order (placed through THE TACO BELL APP) was through a 3rd party app and not their problem. Her order kept saying it was ready but they kept saying they didn’t have it and it wasn’t their issue. It was placed to the correct store as well. We ended up leaving with no food or refund after about an hour of waiting for a $7 meal. Upsetting experience.

Ordered from taco bell app, drove to location 15 min later, they didnt even punch in my order to prepare.
I had ask at register and then they put in the order,then wait at restaurant another 15 min to get my food which was best at slightly warm , not hot. It was first time seeing taco bell with very uneasy vibe(atmosphere wise inside taco bell).
I cnt complain about taste, its gonna be mostly same at all taco bell but i think food has to be hot when served.

Barely any food for the price of a restaurant meal. Employee yelled at us for asking for a water cup. Approximately half the quantity of filing compared to picture. Dirty floors. Not sure how dirty kitchen is. Had similar bad experience before but went anyway against instincts. Never again.

this place is always great but be wary when ordering something for pickup. the teenagers that lurk here will steal your food (just happened to me lol) so don’t pick up inside just go through the drive thru to save yourself the headache

It’s my first time using the Taco Bell app. I was pleased to see how I could add additional items to my bean burrito. I added ground beef and jalapeño, which tasted great. I wish the beans weren’t so runny; they kept dripping out of the shell which made it messy to eat.

I waited almost an hour to get my food. I waited at the ordering speaker for 10 minutes and the lady infront waited for almost 30 minutes. Poor service and extremely high wait time. For as many customers as they get they should be able to hire more staff.
