My order was supposed to be ready by 4:23 pm. I did not arrive until about 4:35pm. There were no other customers in store and 3 employees were working. The person whom seemed like the manager was unapologetic and simply asked if I wanted to cancel order. Management definitely needs training and should possibly be demoted since she doesn’t seem to care and was not interested in accepting accountability!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wonder had I been another race if she would have acted differently and I’m pretty sure she would have acted differently had I been Jewish and/or white! Did not get a chance to my lunch on time because by the time I made it home my lunch was over. While eating I discovered a cucumber produce sticker in my food. Make this make sense. Not only was the order late and messed up my lunch but then when I I began to eat it I found a non food item in my food. It was a cucumber produce sticker in my food. This is unacceptable behavior. Management obviously needs training and should probably be demoted. See pictures

First time eating here I was greatly surprised and enjoy what I had. The manager and staff we’re very patient and helpful on what I decided to eat. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable

I really do like bibibop. Im so disappointed with my food. I order 2 bowl and got extra potatoes and every single potato was raw and severely undercooked. It was un edible and i had to fish through the bowl to get them all out. To make matters worst. I tried to call the establishment and no one ever answers. It just ring ring ring.. im never going again

Worst Bibibop experience so far with the chain at this location. Bugs all over my table and fountain /trash. Some type of fly. Holes in the counters. Cold miso soup in the kettle. Disappointed. Won’t be returning to this location again.

I ordered two bowls on Saturday, November 9th, 2025 at 7pm, and the crew working that day and time were the BEST cooks. It was my best order all year — the seasonings and the thicker cuts of chicken were on point. Whoever those two young guys were who handed me my order, they need a raise.
