The team here makes the difference. Huge shoutout to Julian, Angel, Brit, Dylan, and Nolan for their friendly energy, attention to detail, and great service. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel like a regular.
If you want a great sandwich made by people who actually care, this is the place. 100% recommend.
Food was good and served warm, as expected from Potbelly.
Service, on the other hand, was served cold. Food just doesn’t taste as good when a cashier leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
Would I come here again? Probably— but only because it’s Potbelly and I like their food. If I peak in and see the same staff, Shake Shack across the street will win the day.
Food was one of the best sandwiche I have had in a long time. The service was great.
First time to Cleveland for both of us.
Pros:
* Location. In the heart of downtown Cleveland.
* Good eats from people with local ties to the community.
Cons:
* It can take a while to get the food, but nothing too long. I believe that I waited 15 minutes.
