I have frequented this location for about 9 years now and today was the first day that I experienced terrible customer service. I visited the location today to pick up an order. I encountered “Paul” who was very rude throughout the entire interaction. For starters his presence was not welcoming and face appeared angry. Secondly, I explained that I was picking up an order that he claimed adamantly didn’t exist in the system. So I showed him the image of order confirmation below and although he still appeared unwelcoming by the mannerisms he displayed, he
appeared able to locate the order. Although, there was no order number attached. After receiving the pizzas, I asked for a bag to carry the canned items to which he rudely provided the bag and walked away. Customer service training is needed. This place sells the best pizza in Margate and used to have the best customer service.
While I will not visit this particular location again, I will definitely identify another Annie’s location where quality customer service is provided.

I absolutely love this place. The pizza is fantastic. The subs are phenomenal and don’t even get me started on the wings. They just did a new update Website I downloaded the app I get points and ordering is so simple. Great job on the ease of order in the food

I grew up in Margate in the 90s. Moved away when I was 16, but my dad and I use to go to Annie’s to get a slice of pizza and a can of soda. Maybe it is just the fact that this pizza is attached to a good childhood memory, but I haven’t found another pizza joint that hit like Annie’s. I haven’t been back to Margate since I was 18 and I’m now 33. I’m so glad to see that the establishment is still kicking. I hope to visit this year and bring my family, who has never seen where I grew up. If it happens, I’ll definitely be stopping by Annie’s, but this time with my own kids. Will update my review then!

I ordered on the phone, he told me about 15 minutes. I got there in 10. I had two people ahead of me, the place was pretty busy at lunchtime but the guy at the counter was hustling to get everyone served yet pleasantly joyful with a grateful attitude and outstanding customer service.
I ordered a large since it was only $2 more than the small. The only bummer is they don’t offer chips to go with it but it’s more than enough for any appetite.
I highly recommend this place. Maybe I’ll try the pizza or entree in the future. The subs though! Yum.

I’m a total pizza snob from Brooklyn. Tried this place Bcz it’s next door to my new job and I am blown away. Crispy crust. Perfect sauce and cheese. I feel like I’m home. Will not eat pizza anywhere else at this point.

August 2023 update…. they are back on Seamless, but I’ll admit that the last order I had been delivered wasn’t up to par. After reading the most recent reviews, I see the food and customer service has only gotten worse. Real shame as this was one of our favorite places!!
UPDATE: Dec 24th – The general manager Peter is SUCH an incredible guy and reached out to make sure my online order was made and packaged correctly. His personality alone is worth giving business to this restaurant. I’ve never been inside the restaurant, but I’ve ordered many times through delivery services. I don’t understand anyone who complains about this establishment as it’s delicious!!! I’m from NY/NJ, and without question, THIS is the closest I’ve gotten to NY style pizza, and the Cannolis are BIG and delicious!!
I will take a few more pictures as this time we ordered chicken parm, fried Mozzarella, and French fries….yummm! Their fried Mozz is honestly the BEST I’ve had down here in Florida. Honestly, everything I’ve had from Annie’s has been delicious, fresh, and satisfying!!

Delicious everything!! Best pizza I’ve had in South Florida in a very long time. Out of this world garlic rolls, everything noticeably fresh. Service amazing as well and we were sent home with some yummy zeppolis. Will be my new pizza go to!

My boyfriend and I stumbled across this pizzeria called Annie’s Pizza Subs & Wings to get a quick bite, but we fell in love with the quality of the pizza. I ordered a Margherita pizza, while my boyfriend got the Meat Lovers pizza. Both pizzas were fresh and flavorful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and Paul was super kind.
