I really don’t understand how anybody thinks this food is good actually it’s tired. It’s not fresh you can’t even get a brisket sliced everything‘s in bits and pieces and it seems like it was cooked before and kept in a container You don’t even smell the smoke from them cooking. Spent $20 on brisket with the smallest portion of potato salad and baked beans. Unfortunately the best thing was the potato salad, the brisket had NO smoke ring it clearly was not barbecued and probably baked as it was not tender at all. Flavor was nonexistent unless you smothered it in barbecue sauce and it was sitting in a puddle of liquid. I can’t speak for the rest of the main options but the brisket is NOT at all worth $20.

The best place has the BEST customer service! You have to get the ribs, smoked chicken, potato salad, baked beans, and boudin. The owner is the most down to earth person, and my husband and I will most definitely be returning, and I recommend 10/10 hands down! For everyone to try this place! Believe me, you will not regret it!!

I loved it. The all around experience was great, delicious and great energy-efficient on part of the staff. The owner was the best in making me feel welcomed. I will definitely keep it to visit again and extend my invite to others for tender meats and variety on additional side orders sampled complimentary.

Visited this place yesterday my wife and I were craving some smoked BBQ and decided to give it a try. We had the ribs and a half chicken, both were absolutely mouth watering delicious, and the potato salad and baked beans were great too. The meat was so good that we ate it without using any of the BBQ sauce he provided.

I’ve been going here since 2009. I have 5 daughters and every year was a graduation and R.O.W always catered our event. Everything is so amazing. I moved to San Antonio and sometimes still come and get about 3 long pans with ribs, chicken and sausage for New Years. If you haven’t tried it, then do so and I guarantee you will be going back. I wish he would move to San Antonio, he’ll make a killing because I haven’t found NO good barbecue place yet and I’ve been here for 5 years.
