I’ve had nothing but great experiences at the KFC/Taco Bell in Cynthiana. The service here really stands out — the employees are friendly, patient, and genuinely seem to care about getting your order right. Even during busy times, the staff stays calm and professional.
I especially want to give a shoutout to the manager, Michael. He clearly leads by example and makes sure both customers and employees are treated well. You can tell he takes pride in running a smooth operation, and it shows in the overall experience every time I visit.
It’s refreshing to see a fast-food location with such strong customer service. Keep up the great work!

Don’t go at nights after 3, my food was absolutely horrible, they messed up my whole order. Service was shitty, the woman working with glasses on the kfc end was rude. The tacobell workers can’t follow instructions it even says on my receipts what I wanted and still gave me the wrong product didn’t realize until I got home, they gave me cinnamon twist instead of nachos they were burnt to a crisp ♀️

First of all this place is not a bad place to go. They just do not keep up with there food being legite fresh. Just got chips and cheese and also chalupa supreme, but what do I recall is that smell of oil cooked in. This tells me they do not do food oil change as it should be cycled every night. Food would not be fresh due to that even if it was designated too. Usually also get spicy potato taco, but what do know potatoes are burnt and taste that oil from food. You should not have this issue if oil is changed every cycle as needed to be. People you eating food that is not fresh, but you all still eat it anyways because some of you do not give a who. Realize that you are paying for food that you know should be the way its need made, but lot of times we just let it ride and this taco bell or kfc just benefit from is thinking we do not care as consumers. This is my opinion, but let it be yours and let it matter!!!!
Oh did i forget, yes they are constantly closed because they only love functioning drive thru. And of course taco bell franchise will never say nothing to them, do what you want as long as we get our royalty fees. Gotta love them and I know you do because you go to taco bell as much I do..right???

For me this place has gone to hell, mexican pizza smells like its dipped in oil, nachos is dipped in oil, any other fried things are dipped in oil.
All you got remember is do I want to smell oil and or are they really changing food oil. Which to answer that they do not, employees are lazy and they love getting paid for being lazy. Taco is a francihse so everyone around working for them apparently do not give a damn. They get paid so why should we care if this place right or not. Same with employees, we get paid who cares how anyone eats.
Had to right a bug review because I could not do a second one, but everyone do you really think every food out there is fresh and or anyone really washing there hands. No, and no and no, go eat what you want and I know you still will after this review. I did, but only to relay mesage for this dang location

If you order more than 2 items, chances are they’re gonna screw up your order. Last order I had 7 items for my family. 5 of them were items I didn’t order at all. This has happened at least 4 times in the last year. I’m not sure of they just don’t read the orders or they just don’t care. And if you order through door Dash, you won’t get a refund, only Dash credit.
