Two deprecate incidents. Once where they burned my crab sticks and then very obviously scraped the breading off and tried to give them back to me. Second time gave me a burger with the parchment paper still on the patty.

I went in at 10:30pm and seen a roach and the dude at the counter wasn’t trying to give me my money back. He said they put medicine down it’s fine and pushed my bag of food to me don’t eat here they no they have roaches and still serving us!!

Whole wings were good. Also ordered bbq wings (small ones) and they were hard, cold and over cooked. Because they were in the sauce you couldn’t tell they were cold or overcooked until you bit into one. CHECK YO WINGS!

Highly dissatisfied. First and last time going to the Brook Rd location. We ordered 50 wings (10 garlic and parmesan, 10 24 karat gold, 15 plain breaded, and 15 honey bbq), fried pickles, and mozzarella sticks. The sauces were good but the wings were extremely dry, like stale jerkey, and inedible. The fried pickles had zero flavor and it was like it had 4 layers of breading. The mozzarella sticks were ok.
I called the store to express my dissatisfaction and explain why. I told the gentleman that the wings were very dry and he responded “oh, they were too crispy?” I replied that the crispyness was good but the dryness wasn’t. He said that he could make another set of wings if I brought the food back. I requested to just get a refund so that I wouldnt have to drive 40 minutes there and back. He said he couldn’t give a refund without me bringing the food back.
The staff is friendly but I’m not at all satisfied with my $67 meal, nor am I satisfied with the response I got when I requested a refund.

Ordering in person is definitely the way to go, our call-in order either got lost in translation or they mistakenly gave us the wrong order. But they didn’t hesitate to remake the correct order after we brought it to their attention. The food was/is definitely delicious! The mild teriyaki and their barbecue sauces are *chefs kiss* and the fries hit every time! Not to mention, prices are very affordable. 100% recommend!

Wings good, make sure you season your fries before you leave and cheese steak need just a little more seasoning but STILL good. Would have been 5 stars but lemonade machine was broke… I love the lemonade….fix machine please!!!
