Wow…. all have to say about this establishment Paul is an amazing Chef BEST in Seminole County for sure! Paul watches his sushi chefs for perfection and makes sure everyone gets consistent quality. He will not offer anything less!! Dishes straight from japan, fresh fish and shellfish, no one comes close to the dishes and perfection that Paul and his elite Chef team execute. You will feel amazed after each bite. Must try dishes *1.crudo 2. Surf and turf roll 3. Hamachi belly. Sooo good really cant wait to see what Paul and his team come up with next!

The location of this restaurant is unassuming. There’s like a pizza place and car wash next to it. Don’t let that fool you. You walk inside and it’s like a small Japanese restaurant that’s quaint and inviting. I sat down at the bar and was overwhelmed with their menu. Sushi, appetizers, rolls, ramen, small bites, combos, etc… a little overwhelming.
I saw the chef searing some salmon and asked what it was. It was the SHIBUYA roll (Yellowtail, Tuna, Avocado, Cucumber, Cilantro top with Torched Salmon, Garlic chips & special sauce).
I found the special sauce a little sweet and tangy. I little dip in soy sauce really balanced out the sauce. So if you do get this, dip it per your taste.
Now comes the good part… The nigiri. In my pictures from left to right: Salmon, akamai tuna, toro, salmon belly, hotate. Come here for the fresh quality nigiri! The salmon belly is melt in your mouth. The hotate could take a little bit more sear but it was fresh, meaty, and sweet. The toro tuna almost reminded me of Otoro with the level of fattiness.
I wish I had tried the JB Salmon Roll instead but I’m sure my niece’s who are local will tell me how it is when they try it. Try the nigiri and let me know how you like it.

This place was good but not super amazing. Definitely come here for the sushi as the ramen here is okay. The gyoza and karaage were okay. Basically if you are near this place and craving sushi come here just for sushi. Not the greatest but it is solid

Absolutely amazing! I visited Ma-Se Sushi Eatery on my birthday with some out-of-state guests, and we were blown away. It was so good that when we had another guest visit a week later, we had to take them there too!
We’ve tried the Salt Edamame, KAOSOI Curry Ramen, Spicy Tomyum Ramen, Spicy Garlic Edamame, and Chicken Kara-age — every single dish was fantastic. That Spicy Garlic Edamame is unforgettable; I’ll be dreaming about it until I can have it again!
Even my picky eater loves it here, and the staff are always so kind and accommodating with our quirky ramen requests (like zero toppings). Excellent food, warm service, and a wonderful atmosphere — Ma-Se Sushi Eatery has become one of our favorite spots!

Absolutely spectacular sushi spot!!! I went for lunch and was impressed by their great lunch specials. Both rolls I tried were amazing…. the shrimp tempura roll was on another level, and the spicy tuna roll was incredibly tasty. But the real MVP? The A5 Wagyu sushi with quail egg…. unreal flavor, simply unforgettable. The service was also excellent. This place instantly became one of my new favorite sushi spots!!!

We ordered gyoza, 2 sushi rolls (fireball and rainbow dragon) and a spicy miso ramen. Everything was delicious and was plated beautifully. Service was great and staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely a must try place for sushi.

My boyfriend invited me to dinner because he’s free today. We were feeling undecided, so the first thing that came to mind was sushi. He found this place, and it’s truly one of our favorites from now on. The service was 100% excellent, the girl was super attentive. It was the first time we tried this beer, and I dare say it’s much better than Sapporo. The place is small but enough to have a good time, and the sushi, omg, the flavor and the details were the best. Thanks to my boyfriend for this wonderful dinner, and thanks to Boze and the chefs for the excellent service.

First time and definitely not the last time I will be visiting. The service was amazing and the food was even better!
Went with a couple of friends and we dined on the gyoza, edamame, spring rolls, 2 different stir fry noodle dishes and a sushi roll. Everything was super fresh, well seasoned and had great authentic Asian flavors.
Highly recommend for a lunch and date night spot!

One of my top sushi spots in Orlando. The torched sushi is amazing. I recommend the ma-se bites to start which is their version of spicy tuna crispy rice. The surf & turf, mag in torched and Shibuya rolls were all delicious. I can’t wait to come back and try more.

By far one of our favorite Sushi bars. The food is high quality with unique flavors and beautiful arrangements. The food is fresh, feels authentic, and the people who make it are extremely kind and welcoming. We are surprised every time by how incredible the sushi is. Plus, there are so many unique options you’ll never be bored. Definitely a must visit if you’re looking for quality sushi in central Florida.
