My husband and I went here for dinner the day after Valentine’s Day. The vibe of the place was nice. Staff was welcoming and nice. The music was on point playing classic R&B.
The bread and oil was yummy. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and had this seasining on it that was sooo good and then dip it in the herbed oil…OMG!
My husband had the chicken alfredo…it was amazing and coming from a chicken alfredo snob that says a lot. The chicken was seasoned to perfection.
I had the veal parm which was sooo good! Remind me if the italian spot I used to eat at back home in NY.
Big portions!
I also had a pineapple-tini which was really good. First time having a bordeux cherry.
We got the tiramasu and red velvet to go so I hope they are equally yummy.
We will be back!

Yikes to say the least. My boyfriend and I went here for date night at 7pm on a saturday. We made a reservation before hand, wrote in the comment that it was a date night, and showed up right on time. They did not have a table ready for us and said that other tables had been sitting longer than expected, which is understandable. The manager and the host were very nice. We waited about 10 minutes past our reservation time, and we got sat at quite literally the worst table in the restaurant. It was a semi circle against a wall that seats 4 (pictured). I had to awkwardly sit next to my boyfriend and had to sit sideways in the chair to be able to look at him. It made us feel very out of place and uncomfortable. The server was very nice & helped me pick an entree which I really appreciated. He was attentive and was the best part about the night. I ordered the chicken parmesan and my boyfriend got the pappardelle bolognese. When the chicken parm came, it looked VERY visually appealing. However, when i took a bite, it tasted like frozen sysco chicken patties. This threw me for a loop because their website says home made, but being an ex restaurant manager of 6 years, i knew better. My boyfriend’s food was pleasant, but more on the bland side. For dessert, we got the chocolate lava cake. This again felt frozen and re-heated. The ice cream with it was very good though. Right before I left, I went to the bathroom, which was a DISASTER. Being from the area, I had really high hopes for this place and had been talking about coming for a while. Disappointed to say the least.

Do not let the façade fool you. From the outset, Galliano gives chain restaurant energy, but step inside and the experience shifts completely. The service and food feel like an authentic Italian spot tucked down a narrow staircase somewhere in New York City.
I kept it simple because I refuse to disappoint myself at lunch. Caesar salad with pan seared salmon. Restaurants that pretend to be Italian often completely miss the mark on a Caesar and protein. Not here. Crisp romaine. Light, balanced herbs. Dressing done properly, not heavy, not watery, just perfected. And the salmon? Cooked to perfection. Delicate. Flavorful. The kind you think about later in the day.
Our server Joe was a delight. He had a young charm about him and took genuine pleasure in our wanting to lick our plates. Attentive without hovering. Present without performing.
I did not even explore the rest of the menu, yet I already know it is strong. My colleague cleaned his plate too. How lunchtime greedy of us in Crofton.
I am genuinely excited for Crofton. Just go, and tell them Wendy sent you.

Once you get inside, you will see the beautiful decor. Need to make it look just as inviting on the outside. The food was really tasty. The lasagna had a little more herbs to my liking. The chicken parmesan sandwich was really good and the french fries were excellent. Lovely presentation on the red velvet cake.

The décor is warm and pleasing to the eye. We visited for a weekday lunch, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered the truffle gnocchi, which I would have rated 5/5 if it hadn’t been so salty. My husband enjoyed the Chicken Rafael. The atmosphere is perfect for a date night or an evening out with friends. I will definitely be coming back!

I so want to really like this place. I waited to go here three times before I would review it. The truth is, the food is really good! Unfortunately, there is another truth. I just don’t feel like the place is run well. Tonight we ordered appetizers and entrees. The appetizers came out quickly and were beautiful. The problem is that the entrees came out literally 90 seconds later. (See picture) Our server disappeared for long periods of time, although she was efficient and pleasant when she was paying attention to our table.
The other issue was that they seated us at what we thought was a very nice table. However, it is up against the wall of what appears to be a cigar bar next door. Our entire area smelled heavily of cigarette and cigar smoke which isn’t in our playbook….
Like I said, I really want to like this place. The food is really good… I just feel like the other issues are so big that they make it kind of a middling overall experience.

My wife took me here for my birthday lunch and this place did not disappoint. The restaurant is very clean and spacious with a private room in the back for parties. The service from start to finish was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive, gave great recommendations, and took care of all our needs. The food was some of the best italian we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend this place for a date night or any event. Will definitely come back.

Such a lovely experience! Our server was kind and prompt. The food was amazing. The truffle gnocchi was rich and smooth, the fried calamari was crisp but not oily. I will say that the birthday sparkler is a little intimidating, but it brought the whole table joy.

Absolutely phenomenal. Our family decided to try something new and really enjoyed everything here. The décor is really great, I haven’t been in since it was The Four Seasons, and it felt really classy
All the food was great, can’t go wrong with a steak (risotto was also perfect), and throwing truffle on fries is always a delight.

Huge SHOUT-OUT to PAOLA at Galliano Italian Restaurant-Waugh Chapel.
On Sunday, December 7th, 2025, we had a group of about 40 for a baptism celebration and Paola was OUTSTANDING!
She was our only waitress for the entire bar area, yet she handled us with total ease and professionalism.
The gentleman working at the bar was moving tables for us at our request and they kept the bread and water coming the entire time!
Paola really stood out because with her serving so many, she was calm and kind! She had all our checks organized and knew what each of us ordered!
And on top of Paola’s great service, the food tasted GREAT! I highly recommend this restaurant!!
This is the second time we had Paola for this type of event and both times she was phenomenon!
I would like to thank all for contributing to the wonderful evening we had and the beautiful customer service.
