The associate was rude and my sandwich was awful!! It was supposed to have multiple meats on it and was missing the roast beef. They also only put 1 slice of each meat and no cheese on it along with only 3 cucumber slices. The picture of it shows mounds of meat on website. My mom’s sandwich as well was skimped on as it was missing the cheese & they had put raw onions on it in place of the caramelized ones. My entire experience here was horrible!!

The restaurant and bathroom are clean! Fast service too. Employees are nice and courteous. Ordered online – food was ready for pick up at promised time and made right even with all the customization and tasted great!

When I came in, I ordered the Buy One Entrée, Get a Kid’s Entrée Free offer, not realizing that the child had to be present to redeem it. I was feeling pretty frustrated—I have three kids to feed and hadn’t brought them with me. After seeing my frustration, Kenzie took it upon herself to honor the deal anyway and did so with the friendliest, most compassionate service I could have hoped for.
Thank you, Kenzie, for going above and beyond and turning a challenging situation into a genuinely positive experience. This is the kind of hospitality that keeps customers coming back.

I usually enjoy Potbelly, but I do not recommend coming to this Manassas location in the mornings. There is an older gentleman with little hair who treats customers very poorly. He is rude, disrespectful, and makes the whole experience unpleasant.
Today, Wednesday, October 1st, 2024, around 10:30 AM, I witnessed him treating people terribly for simply asking questions. This is not the kind of service customers deserve.
Because of this, I now avoid coming in the mornings. Potbelly should really address this issue.

We recently got Potbelly catered from this location for a party of 25. The food was fantastic as usual and it was ready at the right time. The sauces, hot peppers, croutons for the salad, and any additional topping comes on the side; making it easy to save the leftovers without sogginess. This place is well managed and always accommodating for customer requests. Thank you!

I just had the worst sandwich from this place. I come here a decent amount and it’s usually good. Tonight I ordered in advance for take out. They were about to close and obviously didn’t want to get more ingredients out so they shorted me on virtually every ingredient! There was less than usual of turkey, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, even mayo. I had asked for extra pickles on the side and they didn’t do it. I can’t believe they charged me $10 for a sandwich with, at most, $1 worth of ingredients. And I tipped in advance!! Never again.
