Everything about this place was so great! Super friendly staff. Amazing food – my turkey avocado sandwich was delicious, the focaccia was noteworthy and the other ingredients were very fresh!
We also got the breakfast burrito which was amazing. The potatoes inside were crispy, the eggs perfectly done, a tangy sauce with a small kick, and a fantastic side of hot sauce.
Lastly, treat yourself to a smoothie. We got the Turmeric Ginger which is true to its name and was a refreshing end to the meal.

Wow!! We happened upon this place randomly because the pizza place we were going to was closed. It was for the best — the food was DELICIOUS, the coffee was tasty, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was cute and comfy. I got the breakfast burrito (vegetarian version) and fiancé got the hot roast beef sandwich (special of the day). We were raving about how delicious it was. We were hesitant to try the place since it’s in a hotel, but don’t let that stop you! When we come back to Moab we’ll definitely be back here 🙂

delicious and filling breakfast sandwich, the burrito looks huge and amazing, the Haus Breakfast does too, especially the bacon! the place looks like it grew from a food place for the hotel (wasn’t an encouraging sign for me), but it’s clear that it is its own thing and a great thing at that! the burrito could easily be the best I’ve ever had. great and attentive staff! exceptional cold brew

I don’t normally do reviews, but this place deserves it. The friendliest employees, super helpful, funny and kind. I would put money on the cook being a chef, if he wasn’t, he needs to be. Best breakfast burrito ever. Hands down. The gluten free roasted chicken sandwich and potatoes were phenomenal. We can’t stop talking about it. This place is so underrated, it’s not your normal coffee + sandwich shop. Definitely will be back when we are in town.

Our family found this great spot on our way out of Moab! We were looking for GREAT coffee along with delicious breakfast options…. THIS PLACE HAD IT ALL!! The gentleman taking our orders gave us great recommendations (highly recommend the oat milk latte with maple syrup) also we tried their savory cinnamon roll and smoked peach with cream cheese roll) last the chef was making a special entree called Breakfast Naan …. it was delicious!! Such a cozy vibe …. makes you want to hang out!! Great way to leave our vacation … thanks Unravel!! We are so glad we found you!

Another excellent option for breakfast and coffee in Moab! Unravel has always been one of my favorite coffees, their cold brew has a lot of flavor depth, it did not disappoint! We ordered the breakfast burrito and sandwich, both were delicious and very filling!
