Visiting from NJ, this is my favorite coffee shop I’ve been to! The lattes are so good and the sandwiches were very good as well. Super friendly baristas and the service was super efficient even when it was busy. We went three times during our trip to Newport and it was great every time. I’m going to miss this place but I’m looking forward to coming back!!

This was the best breakfast I have ever had in my entire life. I entered the cafe and ordered my food. I ordered the summer love smoothie bowl. When I tell you that it was beyond my expectations I am not exaggerating. The food was so delicious and I recommend going. It feels fresh and authentic and amazing in every bite..!

Busy busy busy, lively and fast paced. Great breakfast, lunch, brunch menu. You know how good it is by the constant stream of customers. They do a great job moving people along. Very comfortable indoor seating is also available. Get the Turkish latte. Soo good! This is a Newport staple for all of our visits. Oh, and where else can 2 people eat for under $30 with beverages?? DRIFT!

Drift Cafe is a great place for a quick meal or beverage to take out. The model is to order at the cashier then find a table for the food to be served. Waitstaff very accommodating and added to our order after we sat down to avoid having to stand in the growing line. Breakfast fare very hearty and smoothies very smooth. Restrooms clean. Decent variety on the menu and food very good.
