I absolutely love Starbucks but this is the 3rd time I have been to this location and I always get Almond milk in my coffee because I can’t have regular milk. The first two times I saw them pour in whole milk and corrected them so they had to start over. Well this time I didn’t get to see them make it and I have been sick since my first sip. Please train your staff that people need these substitutes for a reason.

It’s a hit or miss at this Starbucks. Some employees are super friendly and make your drink just right, others are rude and make your drink how THEY would like it. I avoided coming to this location for a long time because of it, but now I just watch extra carefully to make sure my drink is what I ordered.

I was never big on spending that much on coffee. I am a tea drinker. I went through their menu and tried the different tea selections. I have discovered the Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino it is a very refreshing tea. I love it. Thank you and the Starbucks staff in the Ingles Starbucks in Seneca is awesome, they are very friendly and patient with my horrible ordering skills, and also polite as can be.

I love coffee, treat the family every once in awhile because you guys have really high prices and I’ve learned to make the same coffee at home for much cheaper but you know how that goes when you need that pick me up in the morning and you’re too lazy to make coffee Starbucks is the best place to be at. You guys should have like coupons for single mothers I would really love you for that and probably would would take the kids more often.
