Went to this place for the first time with my boyfriend. We ordered two cheeseburger plates. It was okay at first but the hamburger buns were not toasted so our cheeseburgers fell apart. It didn’t taste as good as we thought. When we left we did tell the waitress and she didn’t even offer a discount not that we didn’t want to pay but come on… It was gross. She didn’t ask us for refills on our drinks. Not even napkins for our sloppy burgers I had to get up and ask. Either way we still tipped 5 dollars and of course we paid full meals but will never return there again.

Great hospitality and they are quick as soon as you sit down the staff already attends you takes your drink order and comes back with drinks, tostadas and salsa. Once you order the food cook is quick on the order not much wait time and the waiters check up constantly (not too much). Overall great experience, food , and service.

Went there yesterday with my Gf & had the worst food/service ever. My “El Zarape burger” was wet from so much lettuce & tomato that was on it. The very 1st bite was a soggy mess of bread & everything spilling out. The waitress did not even offer us a refill the whole time we were there. When told about the food she said ” I’ll let them know”. That was useless as nothing was done about it. I still gave her a tip. I won’t be wasting my $ there ever again. Bad food & bad service…..

Went there to get some burritos and the food was bland and the Chile verde burritos had the potatoes really undercooked and hard. We tried the chile colorado,chile verde, egg and beans and just bean burritos. The chile colorado was lacking flavor, the eggs and beans were ok.

Placed an order on Saturday at 10:27 am showed up to the restaurant and no one is there. Lights on chairs down no one is there to make the order and provide service. I called 2 different phone numbers and nobody answered. Horrible customer service I will be calling during the week to ask for a full refund.
