So I’m getting off work early truly enjoying my day, until talking to this crew member. As I walk in and approach the food service line, the crew member does not say “hello” or any greeting for that matter. After every scoop I said thank you and please and he continued with his blank and void expression. He made me uncomfortable so I stopped with the nicest and stopped talking. I asked for a wrap at the end of my order ( I didn’t know to order with my bowl I thought it was just like order chips, my mistake) the crew member abruptly told that was wrong. The store was empty I was the only person to order at the moment. No problem being told the rules to ordering. I just thought saying hello, having manners, and asking a person what they wanted would be the first thing out someone’s mouth. I was very dissatisfied with my service this trip.

I used to come to this location a lot. About 6 months ago the service and quality started to decline. The employees are barely present and get rude when you call them out for their lack of communication or professionalism.They run out of proteins and rice consistently. I’ve tried coming at different times, doesn’t help. I ordered from the app today and paid for double meat. I got triple rice instead and almost no meat. They need some adults behind the counter, these kids just don’t care.

Now in terms of the bowl’s portions for this Chipotle, they do a moderate reasonable amount. The inside is clean and well staffed for the amount of people that go here. Deliveries are usually fast and (oddly) cheap. Most likely they’ll be more generous if you order in-person. Overall, I recommend this location for any Chipotle connoisseur.

Usually good service and food is pretty consistent. The dinning area is nothing to write home about, wide open area, the seating has very unforgiving chairs but it was fairly clean considering it was during dinner rush.

Don’t know what these grown children are talking about. I think the portion of the bowls are perfect. I guess these people are used to eating super sized portions. Being a delivery driver for the area I order lunch for myself (I work out and the $11.70 chicken bowl I order is perfect for my macros, 70g of protein at 1200 calories) and also pick up orders here almost everyday. Seeing as other drivers are sometimes rude to them just as much as certain entitled customers, I am pleasantly surprised to see that the employees are still super nice to me. Some of these people giving the place one star need to chill out and grow up.

I ordered on Doordash and I received the complete wrong order because Chipotle put someone else’s order in my bag with my receipt.
Regarding the quality issues, the bowl is half filled. It contains 90% soggy and congealed rice (literally in clumps), 10 pieces of lettuce, 10-12 small pieces of meat. Completely unacceptable and embarrassing how a business could not care less about the quality of their food and cheats out their customers.
I requested a refund on Doordash for this and couldn’t even receive one.
I am actually disgusted. Do not come here.

I’ve only recently started getting take out here and I am very pleased so far. My wife has gotten it for lunch a few times and brought home leftovers that were pretty good cold as well! We have gotten it twice for dinner this week. The online ordering is one the best experiences I’ve had. The location is clean for the most part, I did go in late on a rainy Sunday so I don’t want to nit-pick some of the things I felt could be cleaner. Very well staffed and seemed efficient and friendly enough. Food was done on time and nothing was wrong or missing which is a huge plus. We get the Burrito bowls a lot, I love them, very fresh and quality ingredients! Guacamole is fresh and yummy! Queso is really tasty as well, could use a little more flavor but I also take that as an indication there aren’t any artificial flavors in it, also huge plus. As for the portions, they do seem to be inconsistant, still more than plenty to fill you up, but one bowl is marginally filled and the other was PACKED, I mean it felt like 2 pounds! The picture shows literally less than half of what was in there! Didn’t think to take one when I got it, I was too hungry. Not complaining hehe but I worry some day I will get next to nothing. Consistancy is important, only for that reason I gave it 4 stars. BUT, considering my experiences at nearly every other place in this town, except 2-3 places maybe, I give them 5 stars for getting 4 stars from me.

Ordered on doordash, my bowl was literally half empty when I paid $19 for it, which is almost double what I pay in store which is fine but I expect the same quantity of food. In the midst of eating it, half of the bites were interrupted by chicken bones. Won’t be ordering from here again. Not okay.
