Update: Decided to give them another chance. Pizza was way better this time.
Pizza sauce is gross. Its so sweet and bland. It needs seasonings in the worst way. I dont recall their sauce being so sweet. Even the butter is bland and extremely runny. Corporate definitely made some shady changes and lied about it. My kid tried the butter and said it tastes like chemicals. She likes the pizza but i did not. It was hot and the crust was soft. About the only good part of the pizza. Driver came fast and was friendly. Its not yalls fault the sauce comes premade nasty like that. This is why i gave 4 for service stars but 2 for the food.

I placed an order for 1 med pizza and an order of cheese sticks at 1am today (2/7/2026). Web site said delivery around 1:50am – 2am. At 1:45am I received a notification that papa johns canceled my order.

Tonight found a long, brown hair baked into the cheese/sauce of my stuffed crust, extra pepperoni pizza. Tried calling the store and hitting option 5 for manager. Rang for 10 minutes. Hung up and hit option 3, to get call center. They said nothing they could do for me and transferred me store line, option 5. Rang for another 23 minutes before I gave up and came to leave this review.
Took a video attempting to pull the hair from the food, but won’t allow me to upload it.

It’s cold out!!! You have to stand in the freezer cold while the “call center “ tells you 12 to 15 minutes. But when you finally have your turn to step to the window they tell you another 15 minutes and the call center doesn’t know how busy they are. Please get a person at your call center who can understand English so customers don’t have to call numerous times. I love papa John pizza but you’ve lost a customer

They have excellent management on Saturday night. On 10/09/2021 I came in to check my online order. They couldn’t find it but they went out of their way to call the other store, apologies for the mix up, and ended up giving me $5 off my order.
