I really really love their sandwiches! Placed an online order for 4 sandwiches, said it should be ready by 1206, I got there a little early, I was asked if I was there to pick up gave them my name, said it would be a few more minutes .. super friendly and courteous. The place was PACKED, long line and everyone was working super hard! I got my food about 1210. Not to bad! Got back and everything was exactly as ordered and delicious!

Tried it for lunch for the first time on Monday (1/5/26). Really enjoyed it. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Service and food was good. Place was clean and well maintained. Will be back.

Ordered delivery and immediately called to add chipotle mayo extra onion the exact way day before it was so juicy and moist and my sub was so dry and Daniel said he made it his self I bit it twice it was like cardboard wasted 17 bucks! There is no chipotle mayo on this sandwich

Ordered a chicken sub online and had it delivered through GubHub. My wife SPECIFICALLY mentioned cannot eat turkey due to being pregnant. Jersey Mikes in Keizer GAVE HER TURKEY and said request your refund through GrubHub. Not even an apology was given. Here’s the proof!

IF I COULD GIVE TWENTY STARS I WOULD! My sandwich was made to perfection in just a few minutes, using the freshest ingredients I’ve seen at a sub sandwich shop in quite a long time.
The time between my order being placed and my receiving my food was just a few minutes, and most important of all it was delicious!!!
The restaurant was clean and accessible at all times, and the music tasteful. They also had a TV that looked like it was playing ESPN. A nice touch in case I were to come during a game.
Yet sometimes it takes experiencing a difficulty at a business for you to really know how great that business is.
On my first visit to this business a couple of weeks ago I discovered a problem with handicapped access.
BUT THEY FIXED IT SO WELL YOU’D NEVER KNOW THE ISSUE HAD EVER BEEN THERE! KUDOS TO THE OWNERS & STAFF OF THIS JERSEY MIKE’S!!!
The Owners reached out to me within 24 hours of my initial review being posted. They sought to understand the problem, and then took immediate and decisive action to correct it. I’ve never seen a business so proactive at fixing an ADA access problem. And on my visit today I found 100% handicapped access throughout the businesses. Plenty of seating (inside and out) that would accommodate multiple wheelchairs or other mobility equipment. Words just can’t express how welcome they made me feel by responding to the issue the way that they did. The concern and effort put forth was nothing short of spectacular.
And their efforts paid off by allowing me to visit today as easily as any of the other customers there.
Everything that was available to the other customers, was available to me without the need to ask for special accommodations. This was true even during the peak of their lunch rush hour.
They have not only delivered on their “A Sub Above” promise; they have shown that they are “A Business Above” as well.
Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Jersey Mike’s!!!
I highly recommend this business to everyone. They are one of Salem/Keizer’s truly great businesses. Absolutely worth the trip (esp. because they are so conveniently located) any time you seek a quality dining experience that is quick and affordable!!!

First time customer. Showed up at lunchtime so it was rather busy. Most of the tables were in need of cleaning. The sandwich (a Philly cheese steak) was ok. Lots of meat and cheese, not so many peppers. Meh.

Came here very hungry from our road trip & shopping. Stayed at a hotel 3 minutes away. The soda mix is the best!
Friendly employees. We always order the regular sized sauteed steak, onion, and bell pepper sub, add mayo, mus, lettuce, and tomato.
Was worth the wait! This location def knows how to caramelized the onions & meat perfectly. We all enjoyed our subs,thank you!

I’m writing as a regular and loyal customer who typically enjoys visiting your stores. However, I had a disappointing experience at your Kaiser location that I feel needs to be brought to your attention.

When I arrived, I was not greeted or thanked at any point during the visit. The staff seemed disengaged, and the first sub I received had noticeably less meat than usual. After taking a bite, I politely asked for a different sub. While the staff complied, there was no apology, no acknowledgment of the issue, and no effort to make the situation right.

Additionally, I noticed that none of the team members were wearing name tags, which made it difficult to provide specific feedback about who was involved, and half of them were continuously coughing…

This level of service is far below what I’ve come to expect from Jersey Mike’s, and it’s frustrating to see such inconsistency between locations. I hope this feedback can help improve the customer experience at this store.

The restaurant was clean, and empty. I wanted an old fashioned Italian sub sandwich. I got double meat and it was perfect amount of meat. I asked for Mike’s way with the oils and spices. Mike is not a fan of onions apparently, I got a laughable piece of onion then piled high with about three handfuls of lettuce. It was a very good sub.
