Great atmosphere! Friendly staff who are willing to answer any questions you might have. And a menu with intriguing yet approachable choices.
The food is top notch! Every single thing was delicious, even the vegetables! Every thing was seasoned well but not too salty. The yucca fries and bruchette will make you a convert!

Awesome food and great service! The Matooke with beef stew was so good especially with everything that came with it and my husband loved the goat with plantains and an onion coleslaw. Thanks for a great date night Aftotaste!

We spent almost $100 on dinner for 3 people and the portions were a joke! I got the Beef Stew and it literally was 6 small chunks of beef with rice. Not worth the 20-something bucks they charge for it. They also substituted something we ordered with something else because they were all out of what we ordered. I didn’t want a substation and they should’ve asked instead of altering our order. I would’ve preferred to get my money back. The food quality is not worth the price. The portions are absolutely not worth the price!!! The food tasted OK, but you can’t really get a taste for something when there’s only 6 little pieces of what you ordered.
If they improve the quality and the portions, we’d gladly give them our business. Very disappointed with what we got and will not be returning.

Finally a place in town that places good music! Being one that likes to dance(2 step mostly), I like to get my groove on! The food is pretty good, no complaints there.
1 thing I would suggest is to promote better. Some night the guy to girl ratio can be off.

Such a good time last night. Gorgeous decor and beautiful atmosphere, lounge type of setting, felt like we were in Portland or Mass even in terms of interior design. Clean bathrooms, music was PERFECT for those of us who like to dance. Relaxed and classy. Wonderful bartenders, Shelby and another awesome young lady whose name I didn’t get but they were ON IT. Security did wonderful on making things safe and comfortable, they were patient and polite. Will most definitely be back, maybe even book a section for my bday! I still need to try some food. Parking is a little tricky bc they’re on a hill, but it’s nothing to park across the street. I feel like this is a revival of nightlife in the L/A community.
