I placed a mobile order and which included 2 glazed donuts, 1 chocolate sprinkles and a bacon avocado toast, as well as two other items (which ended up being the only correct things I was given). The bacon avocado toast which I paid extra for so it would have bacon, did not have the bacon, the 2 glazed donuts were missing and in place of the chocolate sprinkles donut, was a Boston creme donut. I normally wouldn’t do this, however, when my boyfriend went in to have our order corrected, the girl at the counter gave him attitude and so he walked out. Please address this!

It’s past 7am and no one is at this location to open the store. I am absolutely appalled by Dunkin. I tried calling HR, which HR is available right now according to Google, and was given a crappy recording saying no one can help and to go online to submit issues. This is ridiculous. You do realize this is the only place to get coffee on my way into town, right? Wth get it together.

You would be better off flushing your money down the toilet. Every time I think maybe they are better this time, I am always disappointed. EVERY time we go they screw up the order. Ask for sweet TEA – get COFFEE WATER, ask for light ice – the entire cup is full of ice, food is burnt. They forget to give you half of your order and when you go back to get what you paid for, they treat you incredibly rudely. It would be one thing if this happened once or twice but it is EVERY TIME we stop here, we are done giving them business.

May 11th 2025. It hasn’t happened in a while. However, whoever or whatever crew was working this morning should train a lot of the others. Service was on point, food was perfect, and it didn’t feel like they wish you hadn’t come in and made them do some work.

Tasty coffee and great service from the two employees who were working, or rather, being overworked. We have been travelling and have seen everywhere (hotels, restaurants, shops, gas stations) “Help Wanted” signs, but people would rather stay home than work for $9-$12 per hour when they can sit home and draw a check. Show some love for those who are working. Thank goodness somebody is willing to.
