This Starbucks in Glendale is a nice spot with very friendly and welcoming staff. The atmosphere is great, and the people working here truly make the experience enjoyable – big thanks to them for their service! The only downside is that the café is quite small, so there aren’t any tables inside or outside to sit and relax. Other than that, it’s a pleasant place, and I definitely recommend it.

I’ve been here four times now. The first and third visits? Great, respectful service from staff and the manager.
Second time? Served by the same cashier from today, flat-out rude, off mood.

Today Tuesday, September 9 — 8:47AM, same cashier again. When I walked in, she was already attending to one customer respectfully. The second customer in line got excellent service, probably the best you could ask for. But when it was my turn as the third customer, she walked away from the register and refused to take my order. The manager had to step in to take my order. Then while she and another employee were making my drink, they were laughing and side talking. I felt completely disrespected and unsafe.

But the moment a group of three people came in, she jumped right back to the register and attended to them immediately. So she absolutely saw me standing there, but chose not to acknowledge me. That’s not tiredness or busy, that’s intentional bad service.

It’s hard not to notice when certain customers get treated well while others get brushed off. That kind of selective service sends a clear message, and it’s not a good one. As a customer I expect basic common decency and equal treatment. Plain and simple.

The service at Starbucks located at 114 N Brand Blvd, Glendale, CA leaves an extremely negative impression. Staff members fail to greet customers upon entering, creating an atmosphere of indifference and unfriendliness. When drinks are ready, they are carelessly placed on the counter without calling out the customer’s name or showing even minimal courtesy.

This kind of behavior undermines trust and damages the reputation of the Starbucks brand. It has been noticed not only by me, but also by my friends who visit this store. I strongly urge Starbucks management to take immediate action to address these issues and restore the level of service that customers rightfully expect from the company.

Eh, maybe I’m making a big deal over nothing, but I stopped by just to get a single lemon loaf. Paid, left a tip, and… usually they just hand it to you ’cause it’s a small item. I had to wait for all the drink orders and stuff to get done. Okay, sure. Then the guy that put it in the bag managed to break it into like, 5 pieces and stuff it icing-first into the paper bag, where the icing promptly welded itself to the paper. It’s the little things, you know?

Be careful when you go to this Starbucks because they let people steal your food! I made a mobile order and went to pick it up. When I got there, I waited for 5-8 minutes. None of the employees asked me if I needed help. I noticed the employees were not making food, so I asked if they had an order for me. One of the employees said that someone stole my order. How can someone steal my order if I never took possession of my order. The employees allowed someone to take their order that I came to pick up. They stole the order from them. They allowed people to take orders. They need to better manage the process. I was upset and headed out the door. They stole your food is all I heard.they never asked if I needed help. They didn’t apologize and said let me make your order immediately. They didn’t show they cared. I’m never going to this Starbucks. Again, be careful when you order at this location.

I like this place I work very close by one thing. I’m really disgusted when you pay with your credit card you need to pay tips That is really ridiculous. They’re doing their job. They’re not waitress to bring your food to the table, they have a tip jar. Also it is really insane as is coffee already expensive. The food are expensive plus you’re gonna give them a tip for doing nothing.

I am literally everyday customer at this location, I work next door. I asked to use restroom, and the girl that worked evening shift making coffee wanted me to buy something AGAIN in order to get passcode for restroom. This is ridiculous! Just be a human and not just a robot that do what the bosses say to you. NO GO!
