I love Pappa John’s however this store needs help with orders. I don’t think they understand English or just cannot communicate or understand. When I checked a card they said was declined, the bank confirmed they never received the request. The pizza was sparse on some slices leaving just the dough exposed.

I’ve had their wings they’re not too bad but I would say their pizzas are pretty decent for the price even though they’re more priceier than other locations like Domino’s and stuff but I am disappointed today when I ordered the heart-shaped pizza I ordered it from Little Caesars before and it was actually a decent size and I thought with Papa John’s and the price of about $12 it would be a good decent size for medium and it’s like thin crust and it looks small I’m not sure if Pizza Hut has a larger size because Pizza hut’s looked a lot better than this one. But I guess it’s a good thing I ordered two pizzas because one would not have been enough for four people
Update delivery order. Delivery was good. But ordered half pepperoni, Roma tomatoes, and spinach. It literally looks like I just threw it on myself, like I bought baby spinach leaves and chopped up tomatoes and tossed it. I think I prefer Marcos over this.

I ordered for uber delivery at 8pm. It’s been and hour! The poor Uber guy is still there waiting for my order to be done. I only got two pepperoni pizzas! My poor kids wanted pizza for a movie night.

Been ordering from this place for over 11 years exclusively. The quality of the food has been getting worse and worse but tonight was the worse.. all the specialty pizza hardly any ingredients and we found multiple strands of cooked HAIR!! We called them to let them know but this is it for us, switching to another pizza company. We’ve eaten Papa John’s most of our lives.

So I had a taste for some wings and I got boneless because I don’t get an option for ALL FLATS… not the issue at alllll!!!!! I get honey chipotle wings and they are obviously HOT WINGS…. Not only are they hot wings but they literally DRIZZLED hot sauce on them and DIDNT cover alll the damn wings! I don’t leave reviews but this was HORRIBLE. Then I bite into something weird trying to eat these wings I couldn’t eat it!!!! Just going to get regular wings hopefully they will replace.

Okay so we ordered a 12-inch Pizza which looked pretty small it looks like shrinkflation has attacked the pizza companies we also ordered a six piece of buffalo wings but the buffalo wings were the size of my pinky so I just don’t understand where the meat went. It was pretty pathetic the food was substandard I guess what do you expect it’s only Papa John’s so my expectation shouldn’t not been so high. The only thing that was consistent was the 2 liter Pepsi this is another place that we probably will never order from it’s sad how quality of food has gone to gutter. I will upload a picture showing you the pinkie size buffalo wing.

For freak sake! I specifically asked for white sauce numerous times on all three pizzas. (Please make sure they are all with white sauce)
and they still managed to mess up my order
Worst part is that the Customer service was good. Too bad they could not follow simple instructions.
It was very upsetting because my family was actually looking forward to pizza that night.
Makes me wonder if it was made with red sauce on purpose because they know folks don’t check untill they get home and it’s too late by then.
Already home need to eat
