We got at McDonald’s, and we were waiting at the counter for someone to help us, and it was 5-10 minutes. Then, once we ordered, the food wasn’t delivered to our table, it was at the counter for around 20 minutes. The workers didn’t bring us our food, not for anyone else either the whole time we were here, and our food was cold. My daughter was waiting at the counter to get sweet and sour sauce and she was waiting 5 minutes. In the mens bathroom, the urinal was overflowing and the floor was almost flooded and I told the worker and all they said what “oh… I’ll work on it” instead of something like “okay I’ll go fix it right away.” Then we were leaving and it looked like this. The family bathroom in the play place, had trash everywhere. The workers were staying in the back and 1 came in the front every 10 minutes or so but the workers were swearing. These workers should be fired cause this place is very trashy and it’s has gone way down hill.

We ordered fries, which were luke-warm and under-cooked. In two instances, the order-taker(/cashier?) was only half-paying attention to our orders and had a flat affect. Waiting a long time for under-cooked, luke-warm food is not unusual here, unfortunately. I highly recommend that everyone avoid this location!

I’ve never written a negative review before, but this location is so poorly run that I feel compelled to share our experience.
We’ve brought our kids here a few times because the play place is actually nice, clean, and the giant red slide is a huge hit. Unfortunately, the service completely ruins the experience.
On our most recent visit, we waited over 45 minutes for our food, and several items were missing. Once your order disappears from their screen, good luck— they continue making everyone else’s food while you stand at the counter trying to get someone’s attention. Acknowledgement is rare, and follow-through is worse. It felt like no one cared at all.
At one point, I went back up just to get a straw because the self-serve station was empty. I stood there 5 – 8 minutes, completely ignored, while an employee walked right past me without acknowledging me. I eventually had to stop them just to ask for a straw.
You’ll wait longer for food at this McDonald’s than you would for a steak at a sit-down restaurant.
One important comparison: we ordered through the app and received our food in a reasonable amount of time. However, our family members who ordered at the kiosk waited over an hour and a half by the time all missing items were finally corrected.
To top it off, the dining area was dirty. Tables had food stuck to them from previous customers, and I had to clean off our own table before we could sit down.
The play place may be nice, but the lack of organization, cleanliness, and basic customer service makes this location incredibly frustrating. We won’t be returning.

I was a little skeptical on coming here after reading reviews. But I have a 5 year old whole loves McDonalds and playland this is the meca location. Manager and employees were very hard working. Will be back.

Recently relocated; and let me tell you this McDonalds location is horrendous. It is absolutely not normal for McDonalds service to be like this. They ration out burger toppings like its wartime, they dump half your fries in the bag while putting them in the bag. They always forget something; sauces, straws, etc.
Wanna go in to make sure you got what you ordered? Be prepared to wait upwards of 10-15 minutes, as the last time I did this, the manager didn’t even bother doing the ocassional look of the dining floor to see if anyone new came up to the register.
The only cool thing I would say is that they have a play place.

1/31/26 @ 1:20pm – I just purchased food from this location. I ordered a large iceed coffee. When I received this coffee the worker intentionally tried to pass off a medium iceed coffee as a large. I questioned her and she stated that the medium cup was the new large cup. Fast food businesses are constantly changing sizes etc., so naturally much of my frustration was directed towards the business and not the worker. After much resolve, I read the back of my cup to realize that the worker was either totally lieing and didn’t want to fix the issue or she lacked the competency to work the drive thru at McDonald’s. My mobile code was LO04. Your consideration towards this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Horrible service. Waiting 35 minutes for a curbside order and still had to go in and get it. After taking 10 more minutes getting someone to get my food . Not a single employee asked if they could help me .or take my order like they are supposed to the lack of customer service is ridiculous. How is this place even running incompetent employees all around . With zero skills that should know how to do the job that they are getting paid to do. I will not be back to this location. Go to the one on center instead
