I ordered the Rodeo Burger Combo w/Shake. The burger is pretty good for mass-produced patty. The fries are good. I’m interested in trying the cajun fries or Frings on a future visit. Iceberg does a Shake of the Month flavor, and the Penguin shake was amazing! It was a chocolate marshmallow Oreo something-or-other, and that flavor should be made permanent. The shakes are what really bring people through the door, not the food.
The service was fine. There were two gals working, and they got the job done. The restaurant is clean and in a good location. It appears to attract a senior crowd, and I noticed it has a few weekly regulars.
Corporate Iceberg doesn’t hold a candle to the old Ballard’s Iceberg in Draper, but seeing as Ballard’s is gone as of 2025 and Iceberg Drive Inn isn’t, it’ll do when I need my shake fix.

Chicken strips and fries were quite over cooked. It took 25 minutes for the shakes and ice-cream cone to come out even when the restaurant was entirely empty since the employees were talking and goofing off obvious enough to see from the whole dining room.

The Service was terrible the cashier would’nt help us at all even when we asked. We ordered the chicken sandwhich meal and they gave us old Burnt chicken tenders with old burnt onion rings. When we told them we got blown off the kids grilled cheese was burnt and they didn’t want it. We had to forcé them to take a couple of bites. When we ordered the kids meals we wanted shakes she said it would be normal price. I said that’s fine but, when we were looking at the receipt they charles us for the comes but the receipt said we didn’t want the come. The cashier wouldnt help us at all but then she decides for us that we don’t want the cones? Garbages were overflowing mens restroom wouldn’t flush. We couldve ate at a restraunt for less money. So sad not the iceberg i remember from my childhood on 3900 S and 900 East. Shakes were good as usual thankfully and Pastrana burger was good. Won’t be coming back here ever again. Shake to the iceberg ñame.

Burger and fries taste was non descript and mushy soft. Shake was thin. The shake did not even reach the top of the cup and not like the heavy brick I expect from Ice Berg (like the shakes they make on 3900 so). Big disappointment to spend $15 and eat half the meal leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I’ll go to the 39rd south location next time.

Let me be honest after trying a couple of things on this menu the only truly good things are the fries and shakes. The burgers have a unwanted gammie flavor that over powers all the other flavors in the burgers. The fries on the other hand are really crispy delicious. Also go well with well thought out shakes. The place was pretty dirty and there where random rappers around. The floors weren’t clean either. The service was okay it felt like they were just there. The food was athletically please but bad in taste. Wouldn’t really recommend this location. Also the menu was very limited on options there where I basically had to guess my order. It would be nice to have all the options of burgers and fries on the menu and with food sizes. I do understand that the menus where very small but you have a whole blank wall space. I also think it is very cool how they had the different shake sizes 3-D printed props to that.

We walked in and the register was empty. We saw two young men sitting in the back on their phones. They quickly stood up and walked behind the counter when they noticed us. We only got shakes, and they came out pretty good. We had some issues with frozen peaches. . .

We ordered two hotdogs, two big orders of tater tots, and two big shakes. The tater tots are overcooked and hard to eat, but the hotdogs are not even edible. Shakes were good as usual. We didnt even order at the busiest time. Very disappointing! The cook is not watching the stove. Worst yet..why are you sending out food like this to your customers? Where is your quality control. You can do better Iceberg!

I love their fries, but this time there was only one person doing everything and the fries and tots were way too brown! The burgers were good. The shake was great! My tea was a bit weak.

Shakes are good, everything else is terrible.
The first thing I noticed, after biting into my terrible Pastrami Burger, was that no one else in the restaurant was eating the food. I know why. If you are going to frequent this establishment, stick to the shakes, which are good. Don’t order any food from the grill. The burger I received was dry, tasted like 30% fat, and the pastrami was rubbery.

SLOW and overcharging – consistently. I am very reluctant to write bad reviews, especially when it’s high school kids doing their best but the past three times we went here have been absolutely terrible.
Slow – My receipt shows we placed our order at 5:49 and we received our meal at 6:19. It took them 30 minutes to make chicken fingers and fries!!! Again, this is a consistent experience. They get the shakes out in 1-2 minutes but any time we order food, regardless of what the food is, it takes 20-30 minutes. COMPLETELY INSANE for “fast food”.
Overcharging – This has also happened three times in a row now. Today we ordered “Chicken basket dinner with shake” listed on the menu for $12.99. On my receipt it says Chicken dinner – $14.99, Mini Shake $2.00, Cookies $0.99 for a total of $17.98 before tax. I get that some shake flavors cost more (i.e. Oreo for $1) but to order something on the menu for $12.99 and pay almost $19 after tax is either benign incompetence or intentionally misleading. Either way, it’s a total joke.
My kids like the shakes here but I told them we will never be back since we don’t want to pay 46% over menu price and wait 30 minutes every time we walk in.
