My fiancée got pizza from here on the 5th. She was finishing it up tonight and found plastic in the pizza after taking a bite, this is beyond disgusting and extremely hazardous. When we called to explain the issue he claimed it wasn’t possible from his store, he will not be assisting or doing anything to make up for this.

On 2 different occasions we have ordered pizza and when I go to pick it up they say it isn’t ready. I tell them their tracking on the site says it is ready but they insist it isn’t. So I then proceed to stand there for 20 minutes and wait. When I go to ask again if it is ready they pick up a pizza on the rack that was literally sitting there the entire time! Then the cashier wanted to be rude and ask “did you tell anyone you had an order to pickup” like it is my fault that they lack any customer service. Then when I get home with it I open the box to find the marinara sauce I asked for was thrown in the box and had leaked all over the place including the seat of my car. Get better customer service skills! The whole time the cashier is going back and fourth with me the manager just stands there saying nothing at all. Just a terrible experience all around

Pizza had been thrown around it looks like I paid 25$ after delivery tip for this. Update Arron the the manager of operations made things right with this pizza the guy who handed me the pizza was nice but the little girl that works there idk if she’s a manager had a black shirt on the attitude was unnecessary if you done your job right in the first place I wouldn’t of complained I definitely won’t be back ever again she gave me attitude in front of my daughter very unprofessional and I’m done with this place even if my family works for this company

Great place for a great late night greasy pizza craving. Nothing like a tangy pepperoncini with a bite of greasy cheesy goodness stretching with cheese from an arms length to your mouth as the cheese droops to your hungry lips.

It was the greatest the best sandwich ever.Philly cheese steak with peppers n onions. And there’s a chicken and bacon bbq. And meatball, and italian. All come with dipping sauce just for 6 bucks a piece…cabt beat that.. It definitely Beats subway anyday.. Papa John I love your grub, chow, food!!

Usually the food from here especially since they have been at their new location has been amazing but they dropped the ball this time. I didn’t contact the store I knew they were busy but I don’t think they made our papa Dias correctly. I ordered 2 papa Dias one was Philly cheesesteak one was an Italian and I ordered one pizza. The Philly wasn’t cut in half no big deal but inside there was almost no toppings it was mostly bread. The Italian had 2 pieces of salami was threw on just one half barely any toppings or cheese and wasn’t cut in half. The pizza was good just not cut all the way through which wasn’t that big of a deal. We ate it anyways it was still edible just not as good as it usually is.

The small veggie pizza had no flavor. I didn’t like the garlic sauce. The pizza was prepared well, but the crust was a bit soggy so I put it in a skillet for a few minutes at home. A pizza with meat probably tastes better.
