We ordered spring rolls, egg rolls, and Chicken Satay for appetizers. All were very delicious.
I got the Chicken Pad See Ew. The portions were very generous, and it tasted delicious!
Theres a good selection of drinks, including Thai iced coffee and tea.
Overall, I highly recommend Thai Bistro Suksabay for delicious Thai food and friendly atmosphere!
I ordered the green papaya salad and it was tasty. I would’ve liked my papaya shredded a little thinner, but it was still OK. I ordered the pumpkin curry and it was also good. Very flavorful, heavier on the coconut milk. My brother ordered the tofu pad kee mao which was loaded with thick noodles. This is probably the best pad Kee Mao I’ve ever had on the island because of this. He also ordered a yellow chicken curry and said it was good. We were not asked a spice level so when the food arrived, we asked for chili paste. I think they make everything mild generally speaking. My only complaint was there was not enough rice rationed to the curry and we ran out of that with lots of curry left over. We just took the curry home so we could eat it later.
I will definitely be dining here again when in the area.
The surroundings is disarray with boxes and stuff clutter about as you dine, and needs some upkeep. A small sink in the dining room filled with junk and made it look dirty.
We all loved the pad Thai with chicken and shrimp. Also, loved the yellow curry with chicken.
I find the prices typical of the area. This is our go to Thai place. Main courses are reliable, appetizers are hit or miss and overpriced.
