Alot of One off folks in cafe on a Monday! Looking like they were all there for the long haul. It is smaller than usual. Food/drink good and as expected. Barista was pleasant.

This place is a hit or a miss, and it seems to come down to one specific employee. Any time I make a mobile order and this employee is working, there’s either something missing and/or it takes 20+ minutes for them to complete the order. Today, I even placed the order well before I left, and they hadn’t even started on my order once I got there. When anyone else is working, my order is ready to go and nothing is wrong. The only reason I still go here is because it’s the only coffee shop nearby.

This place has awesome espresso, sandwiches, and pastries. Whether iced or hot, the drinks come out great. I really like the chill vibe and the industrial atmosphere they have going on. There’s plenty of seating by windows or in the back, with big comfy chairs. Nero is definitely one of the best cafes in the area!

Fresh made specialty coffees, baked goods, sandwiches and more. In-house kitchen had constant traffic out to the front with trays of croissants, rolls and more.
Bagette was very good, tomato, pesto and cheeses were a great flavor combination. Coffee was very well brewed.

We really loved the vibe of the cafe. The seating is well laid out and comfortable.
The drinks are great but we were left wanting with bakery items. Wish they had more variety.

One young lady(sorry, I didn’t get her name) who had multicolored hair was most helpful on a crazy day. There was a glitch with my app, and she was especially kind and extremely patient. My White Mocha was absolutely delicious as well as my croissant.

This picture is a reflection of the attitude of the barista serving us today. She had a very rude attitude and rushed us through the line, before we were able to even decide what we wanted to have. We originally came to this place because of the well known reputation, I will tell you one thing, I will never be back. Our food was cold because it was rushed, and their is a pool of water at the bottom of the bowl, because it is undercooked. And there was shell in my egg. The manager had taken the order behind us, and provided them exceptional service, and took care of whatever we needed. While we get a half full latte in a paper cup, when we were supposed to be dining in. (we were never asked). Terrible attitude.
