We had a superb meal here. Both of us thought every dish was outstanding and cooked with huge care and attention tion to detail. The flavours were incredible… highlights were the sea urchin amuse-bouche, pollack, incredible noodles and lamb… all presented immaculately with great service and all totally delicious!

After having watched and enjoyed the Korean cooking series Culinary Class Wars we really wanted to try a Korean fine dining experience. We chose Sollip and what a brilliant choice it was.

The atmosphere was lovely and relaxed, the service was excellent and the food fantastic. From the tomato snack to the pollock, the lamb main course and the incredible ‘Mont Blanc’ dessert every course was a delight. The cocktails we had were also superb as were the wines.

Not a cheap night out of course but the quality of cooking and care made it worth every penny.

As good as it gets in one of the best cities in the world for culinary. Well worth the Michelin star as the food is exquisite and the experience is outstanding.

Having lived in Seoul for 2 years, I can honestly say that Sollip provides the quintessential tastes and aromas of Korean cuisine without ever overpowering any dish. Wizardry on a plate and provided by an excellent front of house staff. Loved it

If there was any way to award this place with more stars I would! I honestly had the best birthday lunch I’ve ever had at Sollip, we got the wine pairing which me and my husband recommend if you’re going to dine here, every dish was complemented by each wine tasting.

From start to finish we felt so taken cared of with detailed explanations of each dish, every course was exquisite down to every detail and a delight for the taste buds, I think I’ll dream about the Mulhoe dish for the next few months now!

Thank you everyone at Sollip so much for the birthday card and delicious surprise Earl Grey cake, I can hands down say I had the best birthday here, we were on cloud nine today. ☁️

Just a wonderful experience end to end.

I was in town for a work trip, and had an evening to myself. A local friend had recommended this place and I can’t thank them enough.

All of the dishes were exceptional; it happened to be the first night they released a new dish (mushroom mandu) and it was one of my favorites. The service was quite warm and welcoming.

I also had the wine pairing which was a wonderful accompaniment.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the restaurant’s clean and graceful atmosphere. The interior design and overall ambience — from the curtains to the small branches placed around the space — felt perfectly harmonious, showing great attention to detail.

Every dish was beautifully presented and tasted refined. The appetizer, with its tangy powder blending wonderfully with the tomato, left a strong impression. The broth served with clams and scallops was refreshing, spicy, and sour in the most balanced way. The noodle dish had a delightful nutty flavor and texture, and the hot pot rice that followed was outstanding — it paired perfectly with the steak, sauce, and salad.

For dessert, the madeleine with green peas was sweet and delicate, and the mugwort latte I ordered had an amazing aroma that matched perfectly with it. I’m literally salivating just writing this review — it was such a satisfying experience.

I can’t wait to visit again soon. Thank you for the kind explanations and thoughtful service!

Fabulous sensory experience, I’m a classic British safe eater so this pushed me right out of my comfort zone but it was great fun. Lovely friendly staff and lovely personal touches. Big clap for our server Eddie, he was the ideal waiter in every regard.

A dining experience that takes you into another world, where everything is serene, beautiful and delicious. We have been excited to try Sollip for a while so when our time came to try their lunch course to celebrate a wedding milestone – we were thrilled.

We were impressed by the quality of ingredients and beautiful presentations, matched by the perfectly balanced service – attentive yet respectful of our time and space.

We cannot wait to come back and experience their dinner!

Dinner:

Sollip is truly out of this world—blending Korean flavors with French techniques in the most elegant way. The dishes, like the restaurant itself, are épurés: refined, minimal, and focused on the pure taste of each component, with textures elevated by precise technique. We were deeply impressed by the chefs’ creativity. Each dish clearly requires immense effort, yet still delivers a comforting, homely feel.

Sollip is more than just a masterful fusion of Korean and French cuisine; it’s also a love story between Chef Woongchul Park and his wife, Bomee Ki, an extraordinary pastry chef. I loved the menu so much that we’ve gone twice in the last three weeks—and we’re going again next week (hopefully even more). The dessert is my all-time favorite.

Lunch:

We love it so much we also went for lunch as the menu is different for my birthday celebration. Verdict: we absolutely love it.
The lunch was full of thoughtful touches, and the food was absolutely delicious.
The wagyu beef was meltingly tender, and the dessert was once again incredible.
The staff genuinely touched my heart with their thoughtful card. I would return again.
