I don’t normally eat here, but thought “why not”, and was not disappointed. Service through drive-thru was great. Staff was friendly and helpful, and food was good. Don’t regret my choice.

Food quality has definitely improved since a year or two ago when I went there. But if you do dine in anticipate waiting 20 minutes and that was on two separate occasions within the same week

This was my first time at this Carl’s Jr. And it was pleasant experience. Diana Hernandez was very helpfull with all of my questions. She brought my food to me within 2 minutes! And that was quick. I dined in and the whole time I was there she was hustling around doing whatever she could to help customers. Definitely will return.

Almost ALL of the sodas were out I told him and he did nothing about it. Was hoping they had sweet tea to replace but only had unsweetened, lemonades only come in one small size. That’s it. No exceptions. My fries were kind of cold and I ate there so I was a little disappointed at this visit.

Don’t like this place. For example , one time I had to wait 20 minutes because they forgot my ticket and didn’t make my order. Or when I have to ask for condiments and they gave me only one while giving me an annoyed look.

Haven’t been to this location in a while and looks like they raised the prices a lot. Like the combo I got is $2.5 more than the carl jr store I go to near my work. Maybe that’s why they don’t show combo costs on the menu , because I didn’t see any when I ordered. Also, be careful if you order a combo, because they’ll charge you for a medium. At other fast food stores, they’ll just assume it’s a small and will actually ask you if you want to upgrade. Carls Jr used to be my favorite fast food place, but I don’t think I want to come anymore… too expensive, bad service.

I had an unsatisfactory experience at your establishment recently. There was no cashier, so I had to place my own order resulting in a less convenient experience. Despite paying $20 for a hand-breaded chicken combo, I experienced a 10-minute wait because the staff prioritized drive-thru orders over in-store customers. This discrepancy in service is disappointing. As a paying customer I expect equal treatment regardless of whether I walk in or use the drive-thru. Due to this experience, I will no longer be visiting any Carl’s Jr establishment in the future

This is what you pay for when you ask for no whip cream.
I literally was expecting a full cup
And they even measured my cup and said that portion was right.

I recently used the drive thru at my local Carl’s Jr, and upon arrival I noticed the person taking my order sounded almost automated. I asked the guy at the window (David) if the order process is automated and he said it is in fact a real person. I gave David all of my kudos for how difficult that must be to deal with. The food was great, and David was very professional. If you have any issues at the drive thru, that is what is going on! The people are there to help fix your order at the window.

Nine out of 10 times, they ask you to move your car out of the drive thru and pull up in front of the restaurant so their drive thru ticket times don’t look like they’re taking too long. There’s so many times I want to just say “no” but since they’re handling my food, I don’t want to make them mad and potentially do something to my food, (it’s just the automatic thought because of the horror stories we’ve heard, people are capable of it despite what we want to believe of people). Anyway, they are usually nice about it and maybe they do it because they’re always understaffed, which is definitely out of their control. Only leaving a review so the higher-ups can understand what their staff are having to do because there’s not enough bodies or support, especially in the evening to night shifts.
