Decided to get food at Pandas instead of Chic Fil A because the long line of cars were moving very slowly. Glad I did. The food at Panda was hot and delicious. Love the orange chicken and fried rice. I love the huge choice of drinks they offer to. The drive thru was very fast and everything was as ordered.

8:15pm. Ordered Bigger Plate. Did not take a picture of the chicken in a box. Portion size is small at this location compare to other locations such as Appleton. Lady at the drive thru seemed annoyed/frustrated. Only 1 car in front of me and 1 behind me. I promise you i did not eat anything. Just trying to help people from getting skimped. Oh and i forgot he asked me how many sauce packs for my chicken teriyaki. I ask for 2. This is the second time i did not get any sauce. In the last month.

This was my first time at Panda Express. I thought the employee who assisted me while I worked out my order was patient and helpful.
I loved that they have Super Greens, preferred by me over rice or fried rice, etc. By recommendation, I ordered–and loved, their Honey Walnut Shrimp. I tried a couple other entrees, enjoying them as well.
Definitely recommend, and definitely will go again!

Had a great time here with a friend. The staff was SUPER helpful and nice! Instead of the regular mundane food ordering, I enjoyed the process because of their good energy. So much so that I thought to leave a good review. The food was delicious as well!

ordered online in advance. got to store at estimated ready time. ended up waiting 33 minutes past my ready by time for my order. countless of people were fulfilled walking in store ahead of me even being acknowledged standing by the pickup area. do not order online. have also ran into countless times the employees not being able to be proactive and have food ready for order. its always a 15 min wait.

I drove up the other night at 9:28 pm thinking the location closed at 10 pm instead of 9:30 pm. When I rolled down my window, the order box had an automatic message saying “Sorry we’re closed” – so I rolled up my window and started driving away. I then heard a voice through the box say “No wait! You can still order something. We just may not have everything you want”. I couldn’t believe it. I have never seen a fast food place do that. When I came up to the window, I thanked the guy several times for allowing me to order something. He asked if I had just got off work – which I had and said I was starving. He then gave me 10% of my order and I seriously thought I was being Punk’d. I’m used to getting off late and often I’ll just go home and eat a snack, but I hadn’t ate much that day and really wanted a full meal. He didn’t know that when I pulled up, but I think he could tell and his kindness meant so much. Johnathan H you are the man. Thank you for your generosity towards someone just wanting to stuff their face with Panda Express after a long day This was three days ago and I still can’t stop thinking about how something so small meant so much.
