Staff is cheerful and very helpful. Just remodel their spot it looks great. Service is great. Food is cooked right there infront of you and they actually focus highly on cleanliness and food safety (changing gloves before touching other things, paying attention to meat temp) things u hope other restaurants are practicing but you never know while you eat at those places.

I’ve always been a fan of Five Guys, and over the years have visited multiple locations all over Massachusetts, as well as Nashua, NH, but hands down, my favorite has become Pittsfield,MA. Why, you ask? The crew! The second you walk in the door, no matter what’s going on outside of those doors melts away as you are greeted warmly, and honestly you just kinda want to hang out with these fellas. I truly appreciate them! I know I can go to any location and get good food, but the smiles and personalities at this particular location bring it to a next-level experience. The location is always clean, bright, and the music is at just the right volume, loud enough to keep the vibe fun but not so loud that you can’t hear the person next to you.

Five Guys is hands down home to the best burgers in the state—especially the bacon cheeseburgers, which are juicy, fresh, and bursting with flavor. The fries? Out of this world. Even two small orders can feed three people and still leave leftovers. It’s an emotional and culinary rollercoaster in the best way possible—mouthwatering, satisfying, and always worth the trip.
But what really elevates this location is the heart behind the counter. Ernest, in particular, is a treasure. His smile is the kind that warms your spirit. He remembers people, greets every customer like they matter, and radiates a kind, welcoming energy that turns a good meal into a great experience.
My family and I even have a little tradition here—we guess where the potatoes came from, thanks to the cute whiteboard by the register. We snack on the generous peanut baskets while we wait, catching up while anticipating the feast ahead. It’s a sweet tradition in a place that feels like part of our lives.
We go out of our way to come here not just for the giant, delicious portions, but because the customer service is truly dreamlike: warm, efficient, friendly, and full of joy. I don’t like their bacon test,,looks like they’re playn with the food,I can see 3-6in from the table with a wrap underneath to fall on if it doesn’t break, but any hyer nd that’s it,. other than that it was great,service nd all,Lotta laughs nd good vibes,

5 Guys is a breath of fresh air! Under new management, this local favorite has truly upped its game. The changes are evident from the moment you walk in the door. The atmosphere is more inviting, the food is terrific. The service is incredibly welcoming, friendly and efficient. The young woman who took our order was pleasantly outgoing, authentic and fun to speak with. I was so taken aback I sought out the manager to let them know my experience.
If you haven’t been to 5 Guys in Pittsfield recently, it’s definitely worth checking out again in my opinion. I hope your experience is positive too!
