Placed a catering order through this dickeys, they confirmed and reconfirmed but the lunch never arrived. When I called the store I was hung up on mid conversation. Absolutely terrible customer service. I received a call from the manager about an hour after explaining how he had no idea what happened. There were no make rights offered. 0/10 would not recommend.

Went to this location on October 25th and my card was charged twice by Randy who says he’s a manager. I found this out a couple days later checking over my account. Multiple calls to the store were made and I spoke with Randy who said he called the other manager but refused to give me their contact information. This has gone on for a week. I then contacted the Liberty County Sheriffs office and will be filing against the individual for theft of credit card since they have failed / refused to refund my account. Additionally I’ll be filing a civil suit against them since I’ve had to take it this far and file a complaint with the BBB as well. This store and its management is a disgrace.

Will not be back. $30 for 2 very small sandwiches and 2 very, very small sides is too much. Tried to treat ourselves to a dinner not cooked at home and the cost would have been ok it the portions matched. Also, cannot eat onions and was told the potato salad didn’t have any so that was a wasted side. The only redeeming quality was the employee was super nice and didn’t keep me waiting even when the gas station employee tried to interrupt.

I walked in to the shell to get a gas receipt saw this place and decided I’d try them out being that I was very hungry. I browsed the menu and saw a brisket plate which sounded good at the moment. After looking at the menu board for a couple of moments I looked over at guy behind the counter. He was on his cell phone. He said nothing to me to acknowledge my presence as a customer. After giving him a look as if to say….”are you gonna apologize, acknowledge me, then take my order” he gave me the 1 finger gesturing me to hold on!
I just left. I thought to myself if he was that unprofessional then I’d better not eat here.

Great Service Great Food Made our Family 4th of July Celebration Perfect. I placed the order of 6 individual plates 2 meats 2 sides early on the 4th. The Food Tracker was spot on. I got a $5 sub par pulled pork sandwich that for some reason they’re selling for $10. I would highly suggest not stopping at either here for food, or the gas station for gas/snacks. You’re better off burning a $20 bill. You’d actually feel less guilt about burning the bill than you do stopping here.

My spouse and I ordered the extra family pack for dinner. I have to say the sliced brisket was like rubber. That was our main entree and it was terrible, very tough, chewy and dry. After paying $76.00 dollars. We are very disappointed!

The grand opening of this location was great! Service was fast and friendly and the food was fantastic! Months later though its like walking into a totally different place. You can barely get anyone to look at you much less take your order. Food still decent but geez louise guys, get it together.
